A/N: This is a very short one-shot.

A/N: This is my first JoeyxYugi, so... just to warn ya.

Joey punched the wall. Yugi looked up from the magazine he was reading, "Something wrong, Joey?"

Joey sighed, "Nothin's wrong. I just feel..."

Yugi tilted his head and looked up at his friend, concerned. "Feel what?"

Joey shrugged and then said, "Don't you have anything betta' to do then to question me?"

Yugi smiled, "Nope. But really Joey what do-" He was cut of by the shrill sound of the bell, signaling the start of a new class. "No! We're gonna be late again! See ya later Joey!" Yugi shouted as he scrambled down the hall to his next class.

"Bye, Yugi," Joey sighed sadly as he dragged his feet to math.

"Joey, you're late!" Ms. Mihoshi shouted as Joey entered the classroom a good ten minutes late. Joey shrugged and sat down. As the teacher tried to quiet down the rest of the students, Joey thought, "I've got to do it sometime, it has to be soon..."

Meanwhile in Biology:

"Yugi, you're late again," Mrs. Schram said, "I'm very disappointed."

"Sorry, Mrs. Schram, it won't happen again." He sat down.

As the teacher continued the lesson Yugi thought, "I wonder what was wrong with Joey? I'll ask him after school."

Joey, after school, went to find Yugi. After a minute of searching the lockers (with no luck), he saw Tea and decided to asked her.

"Sorry, Joey. Yugi had to leave right after class. He didn't even tell me why..."

"Oh..."

Joey walked home- alone. He dragged his feet and kept his eyes to the ground. He passed by the game shop and, alone as well, Yugi was inside. He opened the door and stepped into the brightly colored game shop. "Yugi...?"

Yugi looked up from the counter and smiled, "Joey! I'm sorry! I forgot to tell you that I had to come home right away!"

"It's okay," Joey answered, still looking at his feet.

Yugi's smile faded. "Are you okay?" His voice was of pure concern for his best friend.

"Yeah, Yuge."

Yugi looked at the counter top and then asked, "What do you feel Joey?"

"Huh?" Joey looked up; his brow was furrowed like he was concentrating.

"You said earlier 'I just feel' but you never finished what you were going to say."

"Oh...," he sighed, "I'll tell you what I feel," his face turned one shade redder, "I feel like kissing you."

"... Really?" Yugi was surprised at his, um, friend's confession.

"Yeah," Joey looked at his feet again feeling embarrassed.

"Good."

"Huh?" It was Joey's turn to be surprised.

"I think I love you too..."

"Really? I think I love you too..."
