Second chance
I felt my heart stop beating
Felt my strength slip away
Watched as a demon stood over me
Smiling as I drifted away
My body fell to the floor
My love spilled her tears as I fell
I knew I was going away
I knew my time had come.
I felt the darkness surround me
Felt it take me away
I heard a voice calling me
It wanted me to come into the light
But I refused to go
I wasn't ready
I had to stop him
I had to live
I had to help her
I got my second chance
And this time I won't lose
