Note: These characters belong to Disney, and whoever the genius was that thought them up. I'm just briefly borrowing them due to an obsession that I'm sure I share with many "Gargoyles" fans. If you have read my Diana Wynne Jones fanfic and are waiting for a new chapter, don't worry It'll be there as soon as I can find my notebook. Anyway, on with the story.

They smiled at eachother sweetly, remembering the old times. Elisa was wearing a white gown, despite gargoyle tradition. Wearing white at her wedding was a childhood dream of hers. Hudson stepped forward with the two necklace halves which he'd chiseled apart himself. The old gargoyle carefully tied the leather chords around Goliath and Elisa's necks. Goliath looked around to see all of his friends and family watching, waiting for them to say their vows. He lifted his half of the necklace and thought about his first love, his "Angel of the night", Demona. He knew that Elisa wouldn't turn out like Demona, but still, he worried. He glanced at Demona's daughter, his daughter, Angela. She was beautiful and in love. Somehow, that was enough for him. He would marry Elisa, and they would be happy.

He held his half of the neclace to Elisa's, so that the two pieces where whole again. "Elisa, I swear by the sun of the night, the... moon, that I will love you for now and for always. I will help you and protect you. I love you Elisa."

"Goliath, I swear by the sun of the night (and the sun of the day) that I will love you for now and for always. I will help you and protect you. I love you Goliath."

Still holding the halves, they kissed. Puck bended the rules a little and turned Elisa into a gargoyle. She smiled at him. "Now Alex," he said to Xanatos' little boy, "In about a month, I'm going to give you a test in shapeshifting. You will have to turn Elisa back into a human."

"I say we fly!" shouted Broadway, getting caught up in the moment. He tossed Fox onto his back. Then he grabbed Angela's hand and they flew off together. Hudson graciously offered Elisa's mother a ride, and she accepted. Lexington shot into the sky like a bullet and laughed uproriously.

"Well, Goliath, I think I'm gonna need another gliding lesson. I seem to have forgotton everything you taught me last time." said Elisa. Goliath smiled at her and obliged.

"Do you remember the first time I flew with you?" he asked, whispering into her ear.

"Yeah, I thought you were going to drop me!"

"No Elisa, I may have gone fast, but I would never drop you, never."

"Goliath, do you remember the last time I was a gargoyle?" Asked Elisa, hoping to bring back fond memories.

He smiled at her, "Yes, I remeber. It was the first time I noticed how... beautiful... you were."

"I love you Goliath."

I love you too Elisa."

"I think Puck and the rest expect us to have children. How does that make you feel, Goliath?"

"I think I'd like that. Hey, there's a building with a nice attic over there. I believe it's time you learned how to land."

"It's also the perfect time to learn Gargoyle mating ritual. Will you teach me?"

"I think I'd like that."
