1
"The
Blot Returns"
One night at a bank in the middle of Mouseton, the alarm sounds, signalling that there's been a robbery. An officer appears and sees the mysterious-looking criminal running away with a sack of money.
"Holy mackeral!" said the officer as he picked up his phone. "Chief, it's HIM."
"You mean...?" asked Chief O'Hara.
"Yes, sir." said the policeman. "The Phantom Blot is back!" The Blot then hits the officer with the sack of money he had just stolen from the bank.
