Friends Till The End
Swift and fast,
A figure runs by,
Casting long shadows,
When the moon is high,
Once again it's mission complete,
Stealing an item that's shiny and neat.
Until one day,
Fate turned around,
That skillful fox is caught and found,
Forced to lay down,
It's former life,
To start anew,
Like a fresh iced knife.
The spirit resides,
In a frail human body,
Gentle and talented,
Envied by many,
Gifted with powers,
To wield and command,
A weapon to appear,
From seeds and plants.
A fire starts from a spark,
Slowly blooms,
Then leaves a mark,
Never before a trust so deep,
Runs and flows,
In the river of friendship,
One so open, loving and kind,
The other so cold, yet caring inside,
The bond is forged in unexpected ways,
Forever its there,
Everlasting I pray.
