I know that Malik and Marik are the same thing and are just the pronunciation differences, but I've grown used to using them, so just grin and bear it. "Damn", thought Bakura as tears spilled from his eyes. It was a small cut, more like a little nick from the knife, yet he was crying his eyes out, something he hadn't done is millenniums. He had no clue why this was happening and used one word to summarized the whole thing. "Damn."

Ryou was happily giggling as he reached his friends at the park. When he saw Jou, Honda, Anzu, and Yugi, he enthusiastically glomped them. He immediately starting chatting with them. If someone were to pass by, they would have thought that Ryou was a socialist. How wrong those people were.

Yugi was playing basketball with Jou, one against one. He had never played before, just casual sports on the weekends, and never though he would, but it seemed as if the basketball courts called him to it. Yugi shrugged his doubts out, but he couldn't help but be suspicious of his compulsion. Since when did he have a fetish for the sport meant for tall players? Yugi tried reaching deep within his puzzle for assistance. "Yami?" he called.

Yami have his own problems. He felt the need to throw a sissy fit at the wall of his soul room. Why? He had no idea. He just couldn't understand one memory, but this made his so frustrated that he just threw a tantrum on the floor. It felt so disoriented, but good, in a way. Another part of him though, was questioning his sanity now. He had never throw one before, so why start now?

Malik was enthralled with the playground. The monkey bars, merry – go – rounds, slides, sand box, and basically the whole jungle gym seemed so inviting. It seemed as if it were calling out his name. He hesitated, then, as if on impulse, broke into a full out run to the sand. As he ran, in the corner of his mind, he felt so stupid doing this. "Why was he doing this then?" he asked himself. Oh well, that would be pondered about later; a swing needed him to swing to the sky.

Marik licked the soft – cream with the utter – most delight. It was so delicious! He closed his eyes and sighed in pleasure. The flavor was absolutely exquisite! He could eat them everyday, and every night, and never get tired of them! He knew this wasn't in his bloodthirsty lifestyle, and the furthest most corner of his mind, he knew he shouldn't be acting like this. Right now he said to that little piece of his mind, "Who cares?" But that smart little piece of his mind asked itself in vain, "WTF is going on?"

"Ra, what did you do?" asked Osirus. "The darks and lights are all messed up! What sort spell did you cast? I thought you wanted to help Atemu recall his childhood memories?"
"Well," drawled our Ra, "I was going to, but I found a much more interesting spell."
"Which was?" asked Osirus impatiently.
