US. Jesse was in the first day of the art college. He walks in the class and sit in a chair next to a beautiful girl. He was in a white shirt with blue jeans and a baseball cap on. She smiled at him and he smiled back.

"Okay, I think is time." The teacher says. "You have to be in pairs for the first lesson! So do it"

Jesse looks to the girl next to him.

"Hi, can I?"

"Yeah, sure, come here" she says when he starts to put his chair close to hers. The teacher starts to talk again.

"Okay, I'm Faith Benn and this is the first thing I want you to do. You'll have to talk, just this…it's easy and you have 20 minutes to understand what this person is doing here."

Jesse looks to the girl a little bit concern.

"So, what are you doing here?" he smiles.

"Well…I want to write something or maybe produce a documentary. I don't know exactly. I'm here to find out, I guess. And you?"

"I want to direct a movie, a documentary also. And I just have the idea and…well I don't know how to do it at all. I just have the idea"

"And what is about?"

"Just people. Daily. The simple things we do. Nothing big really, just…I think every little thing is special for someway. You know when you wake and see the sunshine and you just ignore it? You shouldn't."

"I know what are you talking about. I think I'm a little bit like this. I use to lie down on my garden at night and be there looking for the star for hours."

"Is about this. The beautiful in simple ways." He said looking intensely in her eye. She looks away. "And what's your idea?"

"I don't know if I want to show the non sense of destiny or what's wrong about the way we treat each other."

"How?"

"Well, we don't really understand what we want to talk, fell or do. We just…keep thinking in what is best for us to do. Don't seem like matter what we are feeling about it. I think I'm just crazy. But I have this need to be truth; even if is not the best thing. I don't want to be perfect anyway. I just can't lie to myself. Never."

"I like it. Where are you from?"

"England. I'm Kathleen." She smiles.

"I'm James. But everybody call me Jesse".

The teacher starts to talk again. "Come on boys, now that you know each other better, you'll have to think in a film that you'll do this week. Maybe 15 minutes. This film has to show us a little bit of you two without words."

She seems shy, he thinks.

"Any idea?" he says looking at her.

"Yeah, we can use your idea. We can show the little simple things that make us be unique." She replays.

"I like it." He says nodding.

"You know what. We can't say, but maybe we can show somehow a sentence. Like…an…"

"We can write in the sand"

"Great! Love it" she smiles, he smiles back.

Kathleen POV.

The little voices in my head were shouting at me, telling me that I should ask him if he want to lunch with me after the class. He's cute and cool…smart. Why can't I just ask?

"Jess" but at the same time he talks…

"Kathleen…ok, you first" he says smiling at me.

"I want to know if you want to eat something with me after the class…"

"Yes. Sure. That's what I was thinking about."
