Title: Saving Brooklyn

Brooklyn's P.O.V.

"Uggh, Justice just pushed his call button, I'll be right back." I mumbled to Diego as I broke our kiss and walked to my cousin's hospital room. Don't get me wrong I love him and everything but why did he have to push that stupid button right at that moment. Uggh! Working at GH is so annoying at times!

As I got closer to his hospital room I could tell he was having an argument with some woman who looked to be on our nursing staff, she had a uniform on and everything. This whole ordeal was probably Justice just not wanting to take his meds or something simple like that. "Umm…Is there a problem in here?" I asked quietly. The woman, whoever she was, immediately fled the room; she was also clearly trying to hide her face from me. "Listen Brook, that was Faith Roscoe, I want you to call security immediately!" Justice ordered me sternly.

I ran to his bedside and grabbed the phone on the table and called security then I ran out of the room with hope of catching the deranged woman, I wasn't that lucky.

Diego's P.O.V.

I watched as a dark-haired woman ran into the hospital lobby followed by Brook. She told me to stop the woman before she could get onto the elevator. Hearing this, I stepped in front of the woman immediately know it was Faith Roscoe, Alcazar talked about her a lot and told me that she had kidnapped Carly Corinthos' children about a week ago. "Move!" The woman hissed, but I stood my ground. She pulled a gun from her coat but still I stood my ground.

She then decided to shoot into the air as an attempted to scare me but I was only when she grabbed Brook and put the gun to her head did I move. "Please, don't hurt her; just let her go, please!" I begged but Faith only tightened her grip on Brook.

"Go behind the desk!" she yelled I couldn't move my feet were frozen in my spot and my gaze fixed on Brook who now had tears slipping down her cheeks

"Go please." She told me in a barley audible whisper. As much as I hated it I walked behind the desk easily letting Faith escape. Before I could think I started to try to get Faith to let Brook go again. "Listen I have the keys to a car that is parked across the alleyway, take me and let Brook go!"

Faith just rolled her eyes. "I think not, how about you just toss me those keys and I'll be on my merry little way?" she asked wickedly. Great, she was letting Brook go! I slowly took the keys out of my pocket and was about to throw them when I felt a sharp pain in my stomach. The last thing I heard was Brook screaming my name before everything went black.
