confused and tortured

not knowing what to do

lived a little child of God

with a light for me and you

She was battered and torn

on the inside and out

but what made this girl different

was how she smiled and thought about

The God in the heavens

which made her want to shout.

and you could tell in an instint

that she feared no evil or dying

for in that very day

she saved a soul from crying

about the torture that lingered 'round.
