AN: hello again. Hopefully you guys haven't given up on me. I am back..... and hopefully still present. I've had this chapter done I just haven't had the time to get it uploaded. Though Reviews will help me continue. Anyways, here is chapter 6 I think.
Amour Tristis Chapter 6
The mansion stood out in the gloom. A chilling place with the smell of the decomposing floating through the halls, as Cloud and Tifa made their way. It was just like it had been two years ago when Avalanche had came here. The only sounds were the flickering lights and the steps tackling there way through the dust and grim on the floor.
Rotting furniture and other unidentifiable items caused the air to be murky and made Tifa sneeze several times. Though this created no reaction from Cloud, who led ahead of the two. Up the stairs and through the doors they went, though Tifa didn't pay much attention to that. Only to the back of Cloud as he lead her farther ahead.
The rooms seemed unoccupied for quite some time; Tifa had a feeling that there was a presence here. Shaking her head, Tifa scolded herself for even thinking someone may live in such a disgusting condition.
Looking up Tifa asked, "Cloud, where are we going?" No answer replied but an increase of pressure on the arm he was holding was noticeable. This only caused more fear to befall Tifa and she concentrated on not trying to show it.
"Cloud," her voice starting to shake. "What's wrong? Where are we going?!" Cloud suddenly turned to face Tifa. His face was full of madness.
"To Your Demise." With that, and the twisted smile of Cloud was that last things Tifa remembered before everything went black.
Static from the television was the only sound of life in the room. The remote was on the counter and a hand limply next to it. A leg was thrown over the armrest of the couch and a head cast downwards. Brown hair obscured the face of the girl who seemed deathlike, unmoving except for the faint intakes of air.
A shuriken lay abandoned on the table as well. It's sharp glint sparkling with the low cast of the lightning outside. Rain poured outside and flowed down the windows. It was like the mood of the room. A sanctuary of mourning for a soul lost in the rain.
This state remained for minutes at least. That was until the TV screen started to show a figure other than the black and white static.
The screen started to fade from the black and white and instead show a dark blackish-brown. With this change, the sounds of static started to cease and a woman's voice broke through the room. Now, after a couple of seconds, the face was visible.
With pale white smooth skin and eyes of a fading green, the woman looked out towards the figure on the coach. A smile with some crazy glee formed and her eyes became a deeper shade of the green eyes to emerald.
"Are you just going to sit there?" the voice seemed enchanting and mysterious with a hint of malice as well as it echoed throughout the room. Again the voice spoke.
"Don't you care about your darling friends?"
The head on the coach lifted upward and grayish-blue eyes opened. Now, the face was level with the screen the figure replied, "I thought you wanted them to die along with every other living soul? Or is this not correct?"
A silence overtook the room. Two faces two sets of eyes grayish-blue and emerald in a glaring match. Though this was broken when the person in the screen started to laugh an evil maddening laugh.
"So what if I do want the living to die? Does that really matter? Your friends are endangered and yet you sit her sagging against the couch."
Now the television screen was deteriorating the image it held. Though the voice still was loud and clear through the room.
Her reply was the figure on the couch tilting her head and giving a quizzical stare.
"What do you expect me to do? Go dashing off to rescue them when they didn't either bother to save me when I needed them? Should I use my full power and destroy that idiot you call a lover? Then they would be so scared to even look at me. Is that what you want?"
Another laugh came and the reply was.
"Exactly, Exactly Yuffie Amour Tristis Kisaragi."
Then the TV shut off completely.
AN: Ok that is it for now. More is coming. I will at least finish this story and never start another one if I feel like it. Thanks for everyone who has reviewed so far. Oh I have a great story idea but someone else has to do it. A yuffentine based on the Movie, "The Nightmare before Christmas," with Yuffie being sally and Vincent being jack. lolIf you haven't then...
Please review. It helps me write. Goodnight to all of you.
