"Just fear me, love me, do as I say, and I will be your slave." Sarah knew she had to force herself to resist him now as he stood before her, begging her to succumb to the feelings he knew she felt. She didn't know HOW he knew them, but he did.

"For my will is as strong as yours," she recited.

"Is it?" He asked. "And is my will so strong?"

"And my kingdom is as great."

"You have no kingdom, Sarah. But you could. Stay here with me, and I promise you, you AND your brother will live forever.
immortally."

"For my will is as strong as yours, and my kingdom as great...DAMN! I can never remember that line!"

"Could it be because you don't want to?" He asked cooly. She shot him a glance.

"I...I," she stammered.

"Sarah there is no use in trying to hide it. I can see right through you. You love me...I know it."

"My kingdom is as great...my kingdom-" she tried to continue, but instead, ran to him and jumped into his arms.
The white feathers of his cloak surrounded her as she breathed in the scent of him.

"Oh, Sarah...Sarah, Sarah." He could not stop saying her name. He feared it was all a dream...an illusion of his,
backfiring on him. She covered his face with kisses, desperate and urgent kisses that convinved Jareth that what was happening was real. She had chosen him. He began to set her back down onto the pavement, but she only clung onto him tighter.

"Don't let go, Jareth. Please, don't let go." Jareth laughed at the absurdity of the thought.

"Never my love," he whispered. "Never."
