It would have been a nice summer day if They haven't come around. They came and destroyed the town.Burning homes, stores, churches, anything in Their path. People were screaming in agony, pain, and fear, running through the town unkowing what to do. They rode on horseback, the men picking up women, throwing them onto the horse and taking them right there, the women riding on horseback killing the fear-stricken townspeople. Children were lost, confused, and most ended up being trampled by horses or slain by Them. As They left the town to travel into another one, the buring sun was setting. The sun was blood-red as it kissed the horizon in the west. The sky was yellow, orange and red, following by purple, blue then darker blue to black, where the first stars of the night could be seen.

Lauren, one of the townspeople, was running towards the setting sun. She heard the cries and yells of everyone else, hearing their pain and torture of a slow and painful death. She was sickened that she had to leave everyone there, calling, needing her help, but she had to go. They were on her tail. She felt the ground slightly shake because of the horses beating hooves onto the ground. She tried picking up her pace, but it was no good. The hooves' beatings grew louder. Around her were trees, lots of them. Lauren had an idea. She made a quick turn and climbed up a tree, up to the very top so noone could see her. She looked to the East. She saw Them riding their horses towards to where she was,but oblivious to the fact that she was in the tree. They hooted, yelled and screamed in pleasure, supposedly to let her know she would never win, that she would die.

Fucking bandits...ruining my home...destroying everything and everyone I loved...You will surely pay for this. She thought to herself. The noises were right under her. She climbed a bit down the tree to see if They would notice her. They kept on hooting and screaming, in front of her, next to her, then behind her. They didn't notice I was here... She climbed off the tree and landed in the dirt. She leaned against the trunk of the tree and wondered what to do. Lauren then stood up and continued down the dirt path that the bandits made for her. " I will get my revenge...don't worry ...I will..." She spoke to herself. Then she perked her head up and followed the trail, not knowing where it was going to take her.
