Summary: Angsty fic about Sakura loving Syaoran and him just simply not getting it. Poor girl is totally devoted. However she decides to confess her love to him. At precisely the wrong time.
All right! Enjoy my first attempt at writing after a long time. Thanks to Sohma-Hatsuharu for the review that kinda helped me get off my butt and finally post this thing. This is AU by the way

Amber eyes swept the classroom pausing for a second on a small blushing girl with jade eyes who quickly turned away as his gaze momentarily locked with hers. It was that damn Kinomoto again. She's always staring at him. God why won't she stop? What does that dunderhead want from him?
Her heart beat more times per second than seemingly possible. Thoughts raced through her head.
"He looked at me. He caught me looking at him! What does it mean? Is he embarrassed? Was he staring at me? Oh god. I wish I could know what was going on in that head of his. I wish I could be with him. Oh my god he's looking at me…"
A deep sigh left Syaorans chest as he shifted his gaze away from Sakura and continued to work on his fractionals.
It was a simple brush of the shoulders. A slight graze that was common in the crowded hallways of her school.
A simple touch.
But it meant the world to her. As she looked up quickly into his amber eyes she knew this was the man she would love.
Ms. Kinomoto sat down at a table in the lunchroom all by herself. Her vision sharp and accurate through the thick lenses of her silver framed glasses. She sighed resignedly as she stuck her hand into a tan coloured paper bag with stains and tears in it indicating over usage. Like every lunch hour as her teeth sunk into the tasteless, sticky, peanut butter and airy, doughy white bread she closed her eyes and pictured him.
Ecstasy
A warm feeling rushed over her and she felt her face tinge slightly a blush as she recalled his beauty. Long tousled auburn tresses fell across his pale smooth face and cast a shadow over his exquisite amber eyes. She had noticed many times before the golden ochre specks riddling the dark honey colour of those eyes. His left eye was lighter than his right one. Not many people noticed, but she sure as hell did. She noticed it the second time she saw him.
His voice was deep smooth and flowing. He sang bass in the school choir. He had for three years now. He was the lead of his section. No surprise.
One eye opened as she heard a voice. A voice that was melodious and gentle on her ears. So different from the usual chaos of the cafeteria. She opened her eyes and through them she saw him. Every detail perfected through the frames of her glasses.
Syaoran quickly passing the table one arm around his violet haired lover. Not noticing as a pair of deeply devoted emerald eyes stared up at him. As if in a trance.
He would never notice. He would never see her. Never understand this love. This loyalty.
She won't understand this. In fact she refuses to understand or comprehend this.
Oblivion is probably the one thing they have in common.
Whew! I'm done. Thanks for reading. Please R&R!
