(A/N – This is getting funner and funner (I know that's not a real word…whatever) to write. So exciting!)

"Ok, that's all we need from this room," said Remus. "Please follow me."

Draco was sitting on the floor leaned against the wall, Ginny curled up in his lap, her face buried in his robes. "Can you give us five minutes?" he asked quietly.

Remus nodded. "Well be back here," he said, nodding his head in the direction they had come in.

Draco thanked him and they left the couple alone in the equipment room.

"Are you ok?" Ginny asked, lifting her head from his chest.

"I'm fine."

"Are you sure?" She reached up and brushed his cheek with her hand.

He placed his hand over hers, holding it over his cheek. "I swear."

"Kay," she replied, pulling him down to her and kissing him lightly.

He kissed her back for a moment, but then pulled away. "We have to go, they're waiting for us.

She kissed him again and the pulled herself to her feet. Climbing to his feet after her, Draco took her hand and they followed Harry and Remus back down the stone corridor.

*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*

The small group had taken a muggle car to the ministry building. Stepping into the phone booth first, Remus picked up the phone that had been hanging by its cord and dialed 62442.

"Please state your name and business at the Ministry of Magic," said a voice, clear as if there was a woman in the phone booth with the group.

"Remus Lupin, secret business entry code - dragon feather," said Remus clearly.

"Thank you, Remus. Please take these badges, and proceed through." The phone booth started moving. "Please move past security and directly to the Department of Mysteries."

When the phone booth reached the ministry level, the group stepped out, all pinning their badges to their robes.

"We have special level entry, nobody will ask us any questions," Remus said. Pulling his hood over his head he added, "Raise your hoods."

Everyone followed suit except for Draco, whose hood was already covering his face.

Remus led them into one of the elevators and pressed the number nine button. After a few seconds, the elevator voice said "Department of Mysteries."

The door slid open and the croup found themselves in a circular, black room, with identical black doors all around the wall.

"We have to look in all the doors until we find it," said Harry. "We can mark the doors we've tried, just like we did last time."

Ginny nodded. "One door at a time, though. We don't know what could happen in this room."

Harry turned and closed the door they had come in through. "Flagrate," he said quickly, drawing an X on the door before the walls of the room started spinning. When they stopped, the X remained on the door. Opening the door next to it, Harry found the room they had gone into first he last time. The walls were glowing an eerie green, light coming from a tank in the center of the room.

"DON'T touch them," said Ginny quickly to Draco. "You'll go insane, by brother did it."

Draco laughed. "Yeah, I don't find that hard to believe."

Harry rolled his eyes. "Let's move on."

He closed he door and marked it quickly, as the walls started spinning.

When they came to a stop, the marked doors were no longer next to each other. "They change places, too!" cried Ginny. "That's even more confusing than I thought it was.

"Well…we might as well just try random doors then," said Harry.

Ginny walked up to one door and opened it slowly. A stream of bright light came through the door into the dark room the group was in. After the blinding of the bright light had subsided, she poked her head into the room. It was a large, square, stone room with windows on all sides, sunlight streaming in. There were three rows of seven desks. "This must be the office of the Unspeakables," she said.

"Let's move on," said Remus.

Harry marked the door as it closed, and when the room stopped spinning, he walked up to another random door.

"Eugh!" cried Ginny when she looked into the room. It was full of steel trays, all with a dead human body on them.

Harry scrunched up his nose. "They must be testing on them or something…"

"That's disgusting," said Ginny.

They stepped out and marked the door.

This time when the room stopped spinning the marked doors lined up in an unusual pattern. There were two marked doors, an unmarked door, and then two more marked. Harry shrugged and went for the middle one.

"Yes!" he said quietly but excitedly.

He walked into the room and the rest of the group filed in after him.

They were in a large stone courtroom with benches all around a sunken pit in the middle. In the center of the pit was the dais which held up the veil. As it had been the last time, the curtain was moving as if there was a breeze, but the air in the room was still.

This time, Harry knew to ignore the faint whispering coming from the veil, as he approached it slowly, he heard a quiet gasp from behind him. He turned quickly.

"Harry?" asked Ginny. She looked as I she had suddenly had a horrific realization.

"What is it, Gin?"

"Have you been practicing your occlumency?" Harry's eyes widened in realization. Knowing the answer, Ginny continued. "Have you been…having dreams about this?"

"Um…only twice," was his reply.

Ginny pulled her wand from her pocket, holding it tightly in her hand. "Just in case…" she said.

The rest of the group followed suit.

After a few moments of looking around tensely, everyone sat down on the benches and relaxed…a little.

"I guess all we have to do now is wait…" said Remus.
