Waiting for Love
Maybe I should let her go,
And forget everything I imagined.
Maybe the only way to hold her hands,
Is to hide my true feelings.
Or perhaps if I disappear,
She will then remember me.
I don't have the courage,
To confess my silent love.
So I wore the disguise of a friend,
And watched how she left my life.
Like a warm breeze in the winter,
Something you always dreamed of,
But you can never keep it.
Only the momentary satisfaction,
Which you can never forget.
Maybe one day she will see me again in a street,
As if I'm the most familiar stranger.
Maybe then I will tell her...
This life I have waited for you,
This day I have waited for,
And this very second I still love you.
