It was a regular night in Night City. Drunks were drunks, hookers were hooked, people were left to die because they didn't have insurance and gangsters were gangbanging.

At the junkyard, a corpse were being buried, cars were being scrapped along with them.

"I told you choom, that this was a good place to dispose bodies." A thug said.

"Whatever, now I can use his money to chrome myself up!" Another thug said as his friend stared at Night City.

"I ain't sentimental or anything but that place looks beautiful from here." He said.

"Aye, but inside is where everyone is deranged." His friend replied looting the corpse.

While he was looting the corpse, his friend noticed something in the sky.

"Hey choom, you see that?" He said poiting at the fireball in the sky.

His friend looked up to see it. "It looks like those...meteors. Yeah, one of em'." He said as he turned back at the corpse.

"Is it...getting closer...to us?" He asked worried.

"Huh?" His friend turned back at the meteor to see it getting closer.

"It is!" He yelled surprised.

"What da we do?" He asked.

"Let's find cover, I already got the cash. The meteor can destroy the corpse!" He said as he started to run away.

"No objections, Choom!" His friend started running to some cover as well.

Hey hid behind a car while the meteor impacted. It made a mess in the junkyard.

"It think it hit." He said getting up and taking a look at the burning corpse.

"It was a bullseye on that corpse as well." His friend said. They could smell charred flesh.

"Wonder what he did to anger god?" He wondered.

"The same thing we all did." His friend said as they noticed something approaching the junkyard.

It was a bunch of armored vehicles like SUVs and trucks.

"The authorities no doubt heard that. They're coming here to investigate." He said getting up as his friend slowly got up.

"Right, let's go." He said as they started walking to their car.

They got into their car and drove away before the trucks and military arrived.

Unknown to them, the smell of charred flesh wasn't from the corpse...it was from that being. It was alive.

The armored vehicles stopped near the junkyard since they can't fit inside.

"And for the sake of hygiene." The Lieutenant said exiting the truck as his men followed. They were all Militech.

"Search the area for that rock. It landed somewhere inside the junkyard." He ordered.

"Yes sir!" The Soldiers yelled as they slowly approached the junkyard.

"I can see ze smoke." A scientist walked out of the truck.

"So Freddy, after you." The Lieutenant said as Freddy navigated his way through the junkyard as the soldiers followed him.

They found the crater with trash spread away from it. "Zhere it is!" Freddy exclaimed approaching the meteor.

The soldiers were close to eachother and surrounded the crater. "Lieutenant, are we expecting aliens?" A soldier asked having seen enough sci-fi films.

"I don't know..." The Lieutenant said as the scientist inspected it.

"Sir!" One of the soldiers called out as Freddy investigated it.

"What is it?" He asked.

"It's Arasaka! They're coming here as well!" He exclaimed as he looked at the horizon to see armored trucks.

"Well, we're gonna tell'em that this is Militech property." The Lieutenant said.

"Lieutenant!" Freddy called out as he looked at Freddy to see him shocked.

"Zis thing...it's alive!" He exclaimed as they looked at the rock.

"Huh?" The Lieutenant asked confused as they heard stone cracking noises.

The rock that landed were losing it's texture and slowly moving. They were starting to notice the wings, the legs, the face and the horn.

The wings fell off the being like skin of a chameleon. It slowly regained its flesh texture and stood up.

They saw the man. He was built like an greek sculpture, he had a horn on his head and had long purple hair.

He turned his head looking around to see the scientist infront of him and Militech personnel surrounding him.

They were a bit frightened by the man. He had some dangerous aura around him.

"H-hello..." Freddy tried to speak with him to see if he can understand them.

The being sighed and suddenly vanished. He dashed around all the Millitech soldiers.

He left afterimages behind him while the soldiers couldn't react on time. They became frightened after seeing him vanish and move around them.

Freddy gasped. "What happened!? Where did-" He wasn't able to finish because he looked around to see all of the Millitech soldiers decapitated, cut in pieces.

They were squirming in pain as they flatlined. Freddy was sweating in fear.

Then he felt so something around his neck. He looked below to see sharp, echoing and a shiny blade.

He was frozen in fear. "Human...what year is it?" The being asked.

"It-it's 2076!" He sputtered out in fear. He then didn't feel anything near his neck.

It seems the being moved his blade away. "Wh-What are you?" He asked in fear as his shoulder was clutched by him.

He then put his left hand on Freddy's head. Gold-Reddish sparks were generating out of his hand.

"Kars" Kars said as Freddy felt his conscience fade away for eternity.

"Last night, several Militech soldiers were killed at the junkyard when investigating an unusual-"

It was morning in Night City. Maine and David were sitting on a couch watching the TV.

"Man, these things keep happening." David said. He was getting his cut from a job from Maine.

"Yup, these corpos don't know when to quit. They'll endanger their own employees to get the upper hand in whatever war they're fighting." Maine said managing the cash.

"The casualties that Militech suffered are over 30. A well known Militech scientist by the name Freddy Von Schnitzel was also killed there"

The screen showed images from the incident. Corpses in bodybag and pieces. Truama Team were taking away the bodies.

"Damn, whoever it was, did a good job against them." Maine said as they watched.

"Since Arasaka reported the incident, people are speculating that they're behind it."

"Maybe they brought Militech there to test their new weapon?" Maine mused.

"No, Arasaka wouldn't test their weapons on Militech. It's not their style." Kiwi said walking in.

"Really? As rivals I would think they'd do something like this." Maine said.

"They would be smarter about this. Reporting the scene would draw suspicion." Kiwi reasoned.

"Yeah...I guess you're right about that. They're not that dumb." Maine said.

"Though I wonder who did this?" David wondered.

"In our other news, the C.E.O of Passione will be visiting Night City in a few days."

"Passione?" David asked confused never having heard of it.

"I don't know much about them but I heard that they're the world's fourth powerful megacorp." Kiwi said as they were surprised.

"Wait, really?!" David and Maine exclaimed in surprise.

"Yes, they're Italy's greatest corporation. Most of Italy admires them. Which is why they're the 4th greatest." Kiwi elaborated.

"Damn. I have a feeling that they're not as corrupt as Arasaka or Militech." David said.

"Probably, they rid Italy of it's crimes. Most of it. They're UN's number one." Kiwi said as they were shocked.

"That sounds too good to be true." Maine said in disbelief. He knew Kiwi wasn't joking

"Tell that to the 70 thousand people that got killed by their hands." Kiwi said.

"What?" David asked confused.

"What Passione hates most are illegal drugs and if they see you making money or getting addicted off it, chances are that you'll join the dead." Kiwi explained.

"Damn...they will hate Night City then." Maine said.

"Which is why I'll be leaving. I don't want to get annihilated." Kiwi said.

"What?" David and Maine said confused. They weren't going to spare them?

There were many people around the city square. They were gossiping about what happened to Militech.

Two Arasaka guards were talking with a homeless man who violated some laws. Knowing he's poor, they're just having a chitchat.

"Choom, Forget Militech! I saw Jesus walking on water!" The homeless man said.

"Bullshit." The guard didn't believe him.

"No! I really saw him with my eyes! A man was walking on water!" He exclaimed.

"Has Jesus returned?" The other guard wanted to listen to some bullshit. It was better than staying still.

"He's lying, there was problems with his cyberoptics or he saw some illusion. You know, like the laser shows? Like that fish?" The guard said pointing at the holographic fish above them.

"That or Cyber Jesus has returned." The other guard played along.

"Cyber Jesus, huh?" The guard mused interested.

"Think about it, Cyberjesus 2077! It has a ring to it." The other guard said.

"And he's here! He will bring down the corpos you guys work for!" The homeless man exclaimed.

"With what? Holy water?" The guard asked.

"No! A fucking railgun!" The homeless man exclaimed.

"And he's gonna have his theme song playing!" The other guard said as they laughed.

Suddenly someone bumped into one of them. It was a muscly tall man in a trenchcoat, a turban and a hat.

"Hey! watch where you're going!" The guard said as the man whipped his head around and glared at them.

They were a bit speechless and... scared from that glare. The man turned his head back around and started walking away.

The man then boarded a train. The train started moving.

'I hate this...' Kars never knew he would hate the present this much.

Kars was a man of nature. He liked the nature. He dominated nature. Nothing on this planet can kill him.

And in his absence, humans have ruined this planet. There were trash everywhere, smoke everywhere, animals were going extinct, the planet is warming.

And the humans, they put tools inside their bodies. Some didn't even look human. Kars could get an estimate of how much cyberware they had by sensing heat.

They were like that German guy he met in Switzerland.

"I need to do something about them..." Kars muttered furiously.

As The Ultimate Lifeform, he needs to eradicate hummanity from this planet.

"And I know just the way to do that..." Kars smirked. Then he sensed something with his horn.

He looked beside him to see a chip from someone's neck fly into a girl's hand. The girl continued to steal more from others.

'Those chips...everyone has those in their necks and yet they're stolen easily. I do wonder what they are though. I need to find a computer.' Kars thought.

Indeed, Kars needed to access the internet to learn how things work here. There's no smartphones near him.

People has their phones implanted into their brains. Being the boomer he is, Kars found it disgusting.

Meanwhile the girl who was stealing those chips noticed Kars standing.

Since Kars's neck wasn't covered, Lucy noticed that Kars didn't have those slots.

'Are his slots covered or...he doesn't even have any?' Lucy wondered. A human with no cyberware in Night City was rare as finding a bird in Night City.

She found him suspicious and decided to keep her eyes on him.

'Hmm... I guess southern Heywood is my destination. No one is going to miss a prick over there.' Kars thought.

The train stopped as Kars got down and started walking away while Lucy followed him.

Kars walked down the street towards the south as Lucy followed him.

Kars originally wanted to break into someone's apartment and kill them then live there.

But fortunately for him, there was a computer shop in the street. And unfortunately for him, he had no money.

Money here is mostly in digital and it seems the guy he killed didn't have any physical cash.

He really hated asking humans for help.

Kars sighed. "You can come out from there." He said glancing at the corner beside him.

'He knew?!' Lucy thought slowly walking out of the corner. Kars smirked seeing her.

"Woman, buy me a computer." Kars demanded.

"What?" Lucy asked confused.

"I've no money so you're either going to buy me one or I'll be killing the owner and taking one. Which one will it?" Kars asked.

Now Lucy was in a tough situation. An innocent bystander could die.

"I'll buy it if you answer my questions." Lucy said keeping her composure.

Before Kars could answer, three bikes pulled over near the shop.

"Hmph" Kars smirked having an idea where this was going.

The thugs walked into the shop, presumably to rob it.

"I don't need your help anymore. Stop following me or I'll kill you." Kars said as he walked into the shop.

It was an electronic shop. There were three thugs. They were harassing the owner.

"Hey choom! It seems you didn't oay the protection money." One of them said.

"L-look! people aren't buying my things. How can I earn any?" The owner pleaded.

"Then, I guess your time's up" He said as Kars walked in.

"Who the fuck are you?" One of them said seeing Kars walk in. Kars continued walking towards them.

There was a closed soda bottle on one of the shelfs. Kars grabbed it while walking.

"Hey! I don't know wh-" Before he could even finish, his head was cut clean by Kars's Brilliant Bone Blade on his left hand.

"Hugo!" He screamed seeing his friend die. The remaining two tried to reach for their gun.

Kars didn't stop walking. He was closing the distance between them quickly.

"Shit!" One of them exclaimed in fear seeing Kars close enough.

Kars used his blade on his left hand to decapitate him as well. Only one remained.

The last one got his gun out and tried to aim at Kars. Kars used hamon on the soda bottle like Joseph and sent the bottle cap flying into the thug's finger.

"AGHHK!" The thug yelped in pain. Kars grabbed his head and slammed it on the table where the owner was, cracking his skull.

"So...Mr Shopkeeper, am I going to be compensated for this?" Kars asked digging his fingers deeper into the thug's head who cried out in pain.

"Uh...yes!" The owner having no choice agreed.

"Good!" Kars exclaimed and crushed the man's skull like a melon. The owner was frightened.

"I would like a computer." Kars demanded.

'I am not sensing that girl anywhere near me. Good.' Kars thought.

Meanwhile, Lucy was hiding on rooftop, away from Kars.

"Th-that man...!" Lucy was surprised by that man's skills. She was more surprised that he's broke.

As a Netrunner, she could hack cameras easily. She saw what happened in the shop through the camera.

"That thing he did with the bottle...it's unheard of." She didn't know what that was.

Was it magnets? Anti-gravity? Gravity manipulation? She didn't know.

"And those blades of his...he's no human without any cyberware." Truth be told, she has never seen those. People usually use the twin blades.

"I need to tell the others about this..." She muttered.

After seeing Edgerunners and reading an Cyberpunk 2077 x Demon Slayer fanfic titled "Blood Moon over Night City", I thought I'd make something like that as well.

Now on there's no "Cyberpunk Edgerunners" on so I had to select Cyberpunk 2077. Hence the crossover of Jojo and Cyberpunk 2077.

I never played that game and know very little. So if you see me nail something about that game, it's because of my research on the game.

In the next chapter I'll be brining a familiar Jojo character, one who can beat Ultimate Kars easily...I'm sure you guys have an idea of who I'm talking about.
