Starfire was upset. She had tried everything to attract Robin. Were her Tameranian ways so different from Earth's? What could she do?

She had tried showing her strength, but it had gotten her no where! Her healthy appetite? NOTHING!

She walked sadly down the hallway toward her room.

Star stumbled into something. She looked up into Robin's smiling face.

"Hello, Friend Robin," she said sadly.

"Hi Star. Anything wrong?"

"Oh no, nothing."

"Are you sure?"

"I am sure"

"Oh, do you wanna come to the pizza place with me?"

"Oh yes" She exclaimed, her face lighting up."

They left and arrived at the pizza place shortly, at the sight of her comrades her face fell. She had believed it would be just the two of them.

"Well," Robin began, "Now that we are all here I want to tell you why we went out for pizza instead of tacos, and that is because I like pizza better . . . And I thought that we should be in a familiar place, because I have something to tell you all. For a while now I've been in love with a beautiful girl, who I've found out loves me too. So I thought I should tell you-" Star's heart paused "-before it gets out to the press, that Raven and I have been going out for a few months."

Star's heart sank to her out of style boots, how could he betray her like this? How could Raven? Did they not see how she cared for him? Did she not hover over him constantly to protect her man? Did she not worry over him as one's wife might? Enraged she flew into the air, "You care nothing for me do you?" she screamed while appearing as though she was glaring at nothing but air. "I must leave, and I will never return."

Raven turned slowly to Robin, "What was that about?"

"I don't know, but it doesn't matter, you're here." With that he leaned over to her and gave her a deep long lasting kiss.
