It was only a few hours and the Northwest Fest had ended and it went well, Pacifica had let in the common folk of Gravity Falls into the Northwest Mansion and had broken the curse on her family, the people of Gravity Falls had been giving her endless praise and hailing her a hero, and while Pacifica enjoyed the attention, her parents begged to differ, as in their eyes, she had single handed ruined the respect, reputation, and prestige of the Northwest family. And she knew that she was going to be in hot water with her parents once she confronted them.

"PACIFICA ELISE NORTHWEST! GET OVER HERE!" Preston's voice boomed. Pacifica, at that moment, knew what that means, she was in trouble with her parents.

Pacifica, gulping, walked down the hall towards where her parents were standing, arms crossed and deadly glares aiming right at her like they were laser beams. She braced herself for the verbal thrashing she was sure to receive from either side. They had been mad at her before, but she had never seen them quite this furious in the past.

As soon as she reached within two feet of her father he started, "Do you realized what you have done?! You've ruined our reputation! We let the Townsfolk see us when we were at our most vulnerable, and because of that, you have brought shame to our Family!"

"I've brought shame to our family?! You were were willing to leave people to die because you were more concerned about your image!" Pacifica yelled back, finally snapping.

"How dare you raise your voice at us, young lady!" Priscilla cutted in.

"I have every right to raise my voice at you like this!" Pacifica said, angrily talking back. "People were turning into wood and were about to be burnt alive! Did you expect me to just leave everyone to die?!"

"We thought you understood that we had no choice!" Preston replied, "The Northwest name does not survive by being an open wound; if you're going to bring shame onto our Family, we'll be just another laughing stock in a town full of Hicks! Just be glad someone like..."

"Like what, the President wasn't here?" Pacifica said, scoffing. "Like I even care. What's wrong with having to be better than you and Mom?!"

Priscilla didn't want to show it, but that comment stung her a bit. The two stood there, glaring at each other until Preston took a deep breath and spoke again.

"Young lady, you're out of line. There's no one better than us." Preston sternly said. "Just count yourself lucky you won't be locked in your room tonight, because some of the Townsfolk respect you, for some reason, but you better not make us look weak and cowardly, or you know what happens when you fail us."

Pacifica felt tears springing to her eyes as she forced herself not to cry out. It would only make him angrier, she nodded.

"Now go to your room, we have much more planning to do to maintain our reputation." Preston said. Pacifica walked dejectedly to her room, and as Preston headed upstairs. Priscilla was the only one who stood there, conflicted about what was happening. Was Pacifica right to save everyone? What was to keep her from dying if she had listened to Preston? So many questions popped in her head about last night. Did her daughter save the day? Or did she ruined her family's reputation and run it to the ground (Or more than it already was..?)? She couldn't shake the feeling something was off, and not just the incident at the party, what if there was something mentally wrong with Preston? What if there was something wrong with Pacifica? Or better yet, what was wrong with her?

Her thoughts continued until she heard a maid walked up to her in concern, saying, "Ma'am, your necklace has been stolen."

"What?" Priscilla said, confused.

"It must've been the riff raff from tonight." The Maid hastily said.

"Dammit," Priscilla sighed, concerned. "We can't worry about that now, we'll have to put it on hold until tomorrow afternoon."

Outside the Northwest Manor, a child sized figure around the size of Pacifica walks over to a newspaper printing of Pacifica Northwest in Rich Families monthly. He holds up a vaguely familiar diamond necklace to the picture around her neck, as if to say, "This is all for you, my love. But I'll make sure those people won't hurt you again. And I'll do that by giving someone self-perspective Therapy..."

The Figure chuckled slightly crazed.
