Hyrule's Song
Deep in the ancient times I was born.
Both plentiful and harsh am I.
Cold and unfeeling
I care not who suffers and who thrives.
I am scarred and pierced
Yet I feel it not.
I have been frozen, soaked, and burned.
Yet it bothers me not.
But not I am darkened,
No longer do I feel the sun's light.
I have no hope.
Yet I can feel a steady change,
Some light is coming to me again.
Slowly the darkness leaves
And now I am free.
I can live my life again as before
Uncaring
Unyielding
Rarely changing.
Though civilizations rise and fall,
I have stood through it all.
I am Hyrule.
I shall never die.
