Chapter 16 A Telepath and a Mitchell.

Kat appeared in one of the empty classrooms emerging from white and blue orbs of light. She didn't enjoy spending her free time at school, she was desperate to leave. The eldest Mitchell sibling believed she could learn more than enough from the Warren Book of Shadows and being out in the line of fire. Sadly, dropping out of Magic School early wasn't an option as Paige would never let that happen.

She just needed to find Diana and talk to her. They weren't friends and she knew how cheeky it sounded to ask for help. But these are desperate times and desperate times call for desperate measures. She didn't have to look far the young telepath as far as the witch was aware Diana lived on Magic School grounds.

The telepath was in deep mediation with the other telepaths in a room designed to heighten their telepathic abilities. The witch tried to be discrete as possible to not disturb the other students using the room. Kat led Diana over to the classroom, she had orbed in a few minutes earlier.

"Mitchell," Diana said a little irritated at the Whitelighter-Witch for disturbing her mediation.

"I prefer Kat,"

"What do you want?" Diana asked.

"What I say stays in this room just between the two of us," Kat said in a polite tone if Tamora was the one to speak to Diana, there wouldn't be any form of politeness.

"Fine." Diana shrugged.

"I need your help my cousins; they're at war with each other." Kat said.

"War!" Diana shrugged. "You Halliwell witches are so damn dramatic."

"This isn't me being dramatic Phoebe's girls have closed off the manor from Piper's boys. After they banished Parker."

"Why did they banish Parker?" Diana questioned.

"She fell into the wrong crowd," Kat answered. The eldest twin never imagined a scenario where any of her siblings or cousins would willingly turn their back on their values. But she still held hope, she could make things better with a little bit of hard work.

"I guess you Halliwell witches aren't so perfect after all."

"Look, I don't want to be asking for someone's help. Especially someone who thinks my family gets praise for one thing while others get condemned for doing the same."

"Just find yourself another telepath,"

"I can't!" Kat snapped. "You're the only one I know who is somewhere on Peyton's level. Other than a small child if we don't nip my cousins' fight in the bud. It could mess up the peace in the Magical Community."

"This is a one-time thing Kat," Diana sighed. "What's the plan?"

"I'll tell you somewhere more discrete," Kat replied, she then orbed the two back over to the Mitchell house.
