Time, an ever twisting ever turning stream of events. No one but he, Clockwork, could ever truly be able to understand the potential chaos that was this force of reality.

Well… that's not entirely true but even then he is a ghost and held a great deal of pride with these powers. Thus he wasn't surprised with the current turn of events of this Ultimate Enemy, came about.

There he watched with a sincere displeasure as in this timeline Daniel Fenton was just that much closer to the Nasty Burger explosion. He also watched as the young teen was just that much faster in trying to reach his trapped friends and family.

Letting out a tired sigh the Master of Time watched as the young halfa was caught up in the explosion alongside all those he cared about. While he did survive the ordeal, there was a great amount of damage done to his body, multiple broken bones, burns covering over 90% of his body, a lost eye, slashed throat, and a mangled arm and leg.

To be frank, it was a miracle that the young boy even managed to survive the explosion in the first place. But alas the recent events that had happened to Danny was far too much for the boy and his failing body.

He was faced with the dark knowledge of the future, events even going as far as making him step into that dystopian future. Of not only facing the monster he could one day become but also being attacked by his old and much more powerful enemies, and gaining a power his body was not yet ready for far earlier than needed.

The young halfa would even go on to find his former enemy Vlad Masters and learn how the horrible monster he had become came to be. Yet, almost in spite of this he was still determined to not let this monster come to be and asked Vlad to use the very same device on him to remove the Time Medallion that Dan Phantom had placed inside his body.

How this one event still harmed him and the young teenager did his best to push aside the damage before going on for a second round against his future self, in spite of his own injuries and low power.

Then, in the end, despite his best efforts, all things came crashing down around him as the future repeated itself almost to a T. Therefore it was not a surprise to Clockwork when the late teenage hero known as Danny Fenton/Phantom died almost three days after the event that cost him everything.

In truth, the ghost couldn't help but find some pity that he wouldn't be able to get to know the interesting halfa in this timeline. That being said he let out a disappointed hum before having no choice but to turn his attention elsewhere.

The coming days for the Vlad Masters of this timeline would be long, hard, and incredibly painful as he slowly waisted away. Before long he would basically trash his own lab in a maddened rampage and eventually do the same to Fenton Works.

All of the elder Fenton's work would be lost, broken beyond even the greatest minds of many of the smartest people in the world working together could repair. In the end Vlad would wind up collapsing in the middle of what used to be the Fenton family's living room, only to be found a week later by one Valrie Gray, aka the Red Huntress.

She had basically stopped by to pay her respects to the family and the young boy she dated at one time if only to find the front door opened by a crack. That in turn would lead into an investigation and ultimately lead to everyone assuming the man really didn't take well to the death of his best friends and their family.

It was especially noted how he seemed to have lost quite an alarming bit of weight and ultimately was chalked up to him having a mental break. At that point it was assumed he just went to Fenton Works and basically collapsed after trashing the place, passing away while unconscious.

Simultaneously the Ghost Investigative Ward, aka Guys in White, would be shut down as ghostly activity plummeted and then ultimately folded into another government office. There the inventions would mostly be written off as a curiosity and nothing more before being ultimately forgotten about.

So, that really only left the curiosity of what to do about the situation surrounding Pariah Dark and his artifacts as power. While the fallen god wasn't an actual king he did in a sort of twisted way follow the law of king's and left his artifacts to whoever managed to defeat him in sole combat.

In truth, the ghost was simply crazy powerful and the Infinite Realm's never truly had formal government to begin with. The thing that even came the closest were the Observants and Ancients, and even then the two groups mostly did their best to prevent the truly crazy ghosts from causing trouble with the humans for the most part.

Really, beyond most of the halfa's enemies and allies going into a sort of mourning out of respect for him there was nothing left to worry about. With the dark future averted he only really had to deal with the headache of the various normal things that made his job hard.

Sorting out that amount of headaches of humanity alone was pretty much a full time job in of itself. Dealing with other civilizations on top of that was more time consuming anyways and he therefore only paid the bare minimum amount of attention to Vlad in an attempt to make sure the man wouldn't cause that much problems for him.

Thus he then had to deal with the headache of Freakshow and his escapades of escaping regular prison and the mess the ringmaster would make with his crime spree. Besides, the odds of Master's cloning project working was slim and would really only result in the temporary stable clone known as Danielle.

She would pretty much die within a month of release from her capsule by destabilizing and Vlad basically forgot about her in his maddened state. Therefore he paid no attention to anything until a major time shift happened and basically created an after shock that shook his tower horribly.

"Blasted Frederich Isak Showenhower, if it wasn't for the fact that you were needed for the best outcome I would be erasing you from existence for this mess."

Using Telekinesis Clockwork went about basically cleaning up the many fallen gears, brick work, and clocks that now littered his lair. Now he could have used Chronokinesis to reverse time and fix the place up but for the most part he simply didn't use that power if he could help it.

Oh sure he used it to mess with Danny that one time but despite being a ghost he was able to think of other things besides Time. Well, that and he needed to keep his skills sharp somehow even if he didn't use those other powers all too much.

A brick suddenly hit his head and Clockwork cursed before glaring at the offending object as it went on to hit the ground and bounce once. Right into one of his Time Screens that had fallen and was flickering from the damage that had happened.

Despite rubbing the bruise on his head in irritation the Master of Time let out a long, suffering sigh and proceeded to put the screen back into position. A good whack with his staff later and he managed to find where the portal had sent his masonry brick.

"Great, what has that Fruitloop done to me now?"

Only to end up gaping, dumbstruck at the completely unexpected turn of events that was being shown. Danielle Fenton/Phantom was shown on screen rubbing her head in pain while holding his lost brick and breaking out of her cloning pod.

It appeared that she was incredibly irritated and was looking around the lab much more seriously than she should be. Then, just before he could start trying to figure out what was happening the female clone said something else that should not have been possible.

"Know what, I seriously don't care but kidnapping me from the hospital soon after that incident is a new low even for him. On that note here's my thanks for healing me Plasmius."

He then witnessed her throwing an Ecto-blast at the pod and proceeded to trash the lab. In his shocked state at this unexpected turn of events he never noticed the cracking sound as a large gear above him started to fall.

The last thing the Master of Time witnessed before being hit in the head and knocked unconscious for a bit was the female halfa jumping into Vlad's Ghost Portal. He would end up waking in a day or two before having to deal with a backlog of time events.

It would be a few weeks before Clockwork would get the time to finally visit the half ghost in question and get his answers.

-|:-:|- Scene Shift | Danny? P.O.V. -|:-:|-

Grumbling in irritation Danny left the ruined lab through Vlad's portal while dropping the stupid brick that had hit him in the head immediately afterwards. He could tell it was from the Ghost Zone and it seemed slightly familiar for some reason but beyond that he had no clue.

For now his main goal was to just get as far away from Plasmius' place as possible before trying to figure out what to do. Sure, waking up in his ghost form was strange but at the very least his Hazmat suit was repaired after the Dark Dan deal.

On the bright side his parents had thankfully made the suits with comfort in mind so he had that going for him but there was no telling what his human side was dressed in. That's not even mentioning how awkward he was feeling so soon after waking up in that strange pod, seriously what did that Fruitloop do to him?

With a shake of his head the halfa simply focused on flying anywhere but here right now and ignoring anything else. He could figure out what was wrong with him later but for now was focusing on where he was going now.

The halfa had only really been in the Ghost Zone a handful of times before and barely knew where anything was. Oh sure, if he was lucky he might be able to track down one of his ghostly enemies and ask them for help but that was unlikely.

At best all of them had an odd frenemy affect going on between them but that did not mean he was comfortable with them. Maybe he could get lucky and find some part of the zone that had some impartial ghosts and would be willing to help him?

Instantly Danny shook that thought out of his mind, seriously his luck was just bad enough that it was highly unlikely.

That said he slowed down slightly and decided to glance behind him just in case Vlad was on his tail. He didn't catch any sign of the halfa back there but it paid to be safe than sorry, and wouldn't you know it the few seconds it took him to look he ended up flying into someone.

"Graah!" "OOMMF! Watch where you're going ya brat!"

Looking towards the familiar voice Danny caught sight of none other than Ember McLain glaring at him in irritation. Instantly holding his hands up in an attempt to show he didn't want violence the halfa backed off slightly.

"Sorry Ember, I was just trying to put some distance between me and Vlad."

The rock star ghost looked at him in a combination of irritation and what appeared to be a hint of confusion.

"Yeah well, pay more attention to where your flying babypop… and what the heck happened to you Phantom? All of us thought you died about seven months ago or something due to your injuries."

Blinking Danny dropped his arms and actually took a moment to glance down at himself after awakening. He had seemingly gotten shorter for some reas- suddenly looking up again in shock he blurted the first thing that came to mind.

"WHAT DO YOU MEAN SEVEN MONTHS?!"

The blue ghost flinched back slightly at the unexpected outburst before giving the halfa a bewildered look. Just that one sentence alone showed that the halfa must have been in really bad shape, in which case his appearance was rather surprising.

"Um, yeah… from what most of us understand there was some sort of explosion in Amity that you were caught in and seriously hurt. Last I heard was that you survived for a few days before ultimately passing away and a lot of us ghosts attend the funeral.

"This was like six months ago… though the fact that you're here, somewhat shrunk and with longer hair is something, but not all that surprising when you mentioned Plasmius. What the heck did that man do now and what in blazes happened to you?"

The halfa found himself blinking for a moment as the information filtered into his head before reaching behind him and grabbing his hair. It was still the snow white of his ghost form but was noticeably longer than he expected, just about down to his shoulder blades he estimated, but if he had been out of it for months then he wasn't surprised.

That said he focused back on Ember before letting out a tired sigh, crossing his arms, and shrugging.

"No clue really, one second I was in the hospital after the… incident, the next I'm waking up in some sort of pod in the Fruitloop's lab. Got out, trashed the place, and escaped into his portal with no idea what happened to me."

The green eyed full ghost let out a hum as she absentmindedly strummed her guitar in deep thought. She could tell that Phantom was really shaken up about this and honestly didn't blame the kid for their hesitation.

Simultaneously the ghost girl found some amusement in this situation as she looked upon what was a clearly younger than normal halfa. It would also explain why she hadn't recognized them at first and really, many ghosts would not be surprised about Vlad Plasmius' actions.

The man had lost a large amount of his obsession and that would in turn cause quite a bit of regular ghosts to go crazy. If the man had built something to heal Phantom in that state then the obvious side effects were probably a mistake he made in his frenzy.

Though that did bring up the very important question of where the elder halfa found such a convincing doppelganger corpse that fooled all the humans. Not that it mattered in the long run but for the time being she really didn't care all that much about it.

On that note she looked over at Danny and couldn't help but frown as something seemed to be off about them besides the obvious two things. Not that it mattered that much but besides that the halfa seemed to be doing much better than she was expecting after such a devastating loss.

She then ended up blinking upon noticing that the kid's core was much stronger than before causing them to give off a much colder feeling. Seemed like he had an Ice core that was in the first stages of overloading so it would probably be a good idea to push them towards someone who could help.

Instantly her mind flashed to a certain tribe of Yeti's that were really happy about his defeat of Pariah and found amusement. Not only would Phantom get some help before his core accidentally killed him the rest of the way but it would also offer them endless headaches if they went there for training.

"Tell you what Phantom, it's getting rather late in the Real World right about now so I'll invite you to my place for the night. A good meal and shower is probably in order as well, in the morning however… let's just say I know somewhere you should definitely go before you end up hurting yourself."

Now it was Danny's turn to blink in confusion as he looked skeptically at Ember before letting out a long sigh. He honestly had nothing else to do and really he knew that his enemies would at the very least help him out if he needed it out of mutual respect.

With a wave of his hand the halfa let the pop star lead him before following behind her at a sedate pace.

"Anything I should be aware of while in your lair?"

For her part the flaming blue haired ghost shrugged while not even glancing back before answering him.

"Not really, Kitty might come over if she wants a break from her boyfriend Johnny, and I think that Secret or Sabrina might swing by if they're up to it. Secret is a recent arrival to the Ghost Zone that I befriended four months ago after showing her the ropes and Sabrina is a fashionista/tailor/mage that's been around since the 16th century but hasn't really left the Zone.

"If they do swing by either expect to be swamped with questions on your hero carrier and/or be given a makeover more fitting for your image respectively. Beyond that just don't touch my guitars or the stuff on stage and you should be fine."

The halfa raised an eyebrow at this but didn't really bother asking any questions seeing as how he really wasn't up to it. Though he was curious as to what a mage could do, mage implied magic and honestly at this point he would not be surprised if magic was real.

By the time they both arrived though he was starting to feel a lot more tired than expected for some reason. Thus the second Ember entered the door and allowed him inside the shrunken teen ended up stumbling before almost falling to his knees with a gasp.

Absently he noticed that someone had grabbed him as he tried to shake off the dizziness that had surrounded him. "You alright kid?"

Glancing up Danny blinked a few minutes before noticing a blonde haired blue skinned ghost holding him up. Ember was nearby and looking worriedly at him alongside a purple skinned, yellow eyed ghost with red hair.

That said the halfa shook his head for a moment before finally managing to stand up and speak. "I'm fine, just tired for some reason… might be something that Vlad did to me."

The three girls seemed to share a glance with each other before shrugging and after a quick round of introductions Ember pointed him towards the bathroom. A minute later however and Danny had just started the shower before struggling with the stupid zipper of his jumpsuit.

"I swear this thing is getting more annoying with each passing day… finally!"

Despite the struggle with his clothing he managed to unzip the rubbery material and began to strip down to his underclothing. It wasn't too cold without the suit but the green eyed ghostly hero found himself growing slightly colder as his skin tasted the ectoplasmic air of the Ghost Zone.

A second later however as his suit dropped to the floor, the halfa froze in place before an all consuming rage came over him.

"VLAD MASTERS PLASMIUS! WHEN I GET MY HANDS ON YOU I'M GOING TO FINISH THE JOB AND TURN YOU INTO A FULL GHOST FOR THIS!"

Outside the bathroom the three girls traded concerned glances and shivered as the unholy shout erupted from within. Whatever happened seemed to have enraged Danny beyond reason and for a second Ember wondered if the halfa had gained a new power.

She would not be surprised as information concerning the event that led to the death of the Fenton Family was rather scarce to begin with. That said, she still had some decency and didn't move to check on the halfa as he showered, there might also be a bit of fear if only due to the amount of rage the halfa let out with that shout.

"I wonder what angered her?"

Secret spoke just as the pop-star ghost was taking a sip of something and was treated to the blue fire headed ghost doing a spectacular spit take. Sabrina in turn simply patted the teen ghost in the back in a manner similar to that of a human to help her.

"Phantom's a boy."

Ember spoke blankly after she finished coughing and looked at her friend who in turn shrugged and spoke again.

"Not from the budding chest I felt under that suit of hers."

The green eyed ghost stares at nothing in particular while the fashionista in the group broke out into giggles.

"Well now, if that's true then we know what has set her off… I wonder how Plasmius managed this?"

Sabrina still grinned cheekily at her friends and was endlessly amused as Ember began to mumble to herself. That said her mind was going through various heroine attires that might suit Phantom more than her current hazmat suit.

Hmm… from what she heard the halfa used various tools to help with fighting so a utility belt of some sort was going to be needed, or maybe some hidden pockets?

Soon the mage was lost in her work and pulled out a few things of paper and various colored pencils to start drawing out a few rough sketches. Ember and Secret in turn simply rolled their eyes as this was rather common behavior for the fashionista.

A second later however the siren-like ghost began to smirk as she realized that this was a rather good opportunity to mess with Phantom. The third ghost girl however simply sighed as she realized that things were about to get rather chaotic.

Say what you will but the blonde was still adapting to the Infinite Realms and had yet to really pick up the impulsiveness that the older residents had. That's not to say that she noticed how the ghosts here seemed to like messing with each other, Ancients knows how many times she woke up on Ember's couch with a new punk-rock makeover.

Little to say, when Danny finally made it out of the shower she was pretty much jumped upon by Ember and Sabrina with an exasperated Secret just behind them. The end result was that the halfa was turned into a dress up doll for a while and basically given a crash course into feminine clothing.

Thankfully she was able to leave the next day in her original jumpsuit with the only exceptions being a new set of underwear, socks, and a hair scrunchy that the pop-stair had given up. Sabrina had modified them to suit Danny's new satire on the spot but the halfa did not like the look in her eyes, it basically promised that the fashionista would be coming back for him, er… her.

-|:-:|- Time Skip - Next Day -|:-:|-

Grumbling in irritation, Danny sat on the bed of the hospital-like room that she had been led to after arriving. So far the Far Frozen seemed rather nice and the cold surroundings were doing wonders to help restore her energy.

That however didn't mean that the white haired halfa was mentally cursing Ember for not warning her of the Yeti-like ghosts worship.

Going back over events in her mind the green eyed pre-teen had basically had to explain why she was there in the first place. A bit of fast talking later and a brief explanation of what had happened lead to her somehow being cautiously brought into the tribe's village.

Only to almost be immediately moved into their hospital after one of them had noticed something. Thus here she was sitting down in ice carved walls of the medical after being told to not use her powers for the time being.

Eventually though Frostbite came back over and the halfa snapped her attention towards the Far-Frozen's leader.

"So, do I finally get to learn what's going on here?"

Raising an eyebrow Danny watched as the yeti-ghost paused before going and checking their clipboard. A second later they nodded in conformation before looking back at her and speaking.

"Sorry about that Great One but there had to be some skepticism towards you and our scientists wanted to make sure about a few things. The good news though is that they are fully convinced you are who you say you are, and they have also indeed noticed that you have an Ice core in the early stages of overloading.

"Since you've got here soon enough we can get you started on some training to help prevent any problems. The bad news however… the bad news… whelp, let me ask you Great One, what exactly do you believe that Plasmius has done to you?"

Hearing Frostbite stumble for a bit at the end the halfa tilted her head to the side in curiosity. In truth Danny was not surprised that they wanted to be sure she was the real deal, after all she definitely wasn't like she used to be.

Instead she basically compartmentalized whatever problems she had with the changes to her body even if it wasn't exactly healthy. She had gotten really good at that ever since the whole portal accident happened and slowly decompressed it over the many battles with various ghosts about her new nature, amongst other things.

Not the best of methods but it worked for the most part, even if it left her with more questions than answers. This would probably end up with more emotional baggage that would slowly come out over the next few months and/or years.

"Okay… at most I believe that Vlad has basically kidnapped me in my injured state before placing me into some sort of pod and attempting to fix me. Everything else is either a side effect of whatever healing and/or ghostly artifact that he used for whatever reason.

"I… also wouldn't put it past him if this was also an attempt to try and force me to once again join him. If I wanted to go back to normal he would basically threaten to leave me like this, though… why do I get the feeling that there's something missing?"

The halfa gave a searching look towards Frostbite as she realized that he obviously knew something. Seeming him look towards her wearily however instantly made whatever curiosity freeze up and be replaced with nervousness.

For his part the leader of the Far-Frozen saw this reaction and let out a long sigh as he used his ice hand to rub his temples.

"Right, it would appear Great One that you have once again managed to somehow defy commonality and pulled the impossibility once again. Though this time it would appear that Plasmius has helped you without intention but still…

"I'm sad to say Great One but what you think is actually false, the one you called Vlad Plasmius is actually innocent in this case… for the most part that is.

"Believe it or not but some seven months or so ago you passed away from severe injuries in both your human form and ghost form. I can only assume it was from confronting this unknown ghost that was reported before the event in question."

Pausing for a moment the yeti-ghost saw that Danny was paying quite a bit of attention to him despite the shocked expression on her face. Not that he blamed her really but he had yet to actually explain the rare phenomenon that she had somehow gotten into.

"Anyways, from what we can tell is that you sustained too much damage and your ghostly side was unable to repair it while it was also damaged. Thankfully your core survived remarkably intact but incredibly drained of power and when your body failed it instinctively tried to seek out your lair… which you really don't have thus making it all the more remarkable that this has happened.

"This isn't exactly unheard of here in the Infinite Realms but is rather rare as most core's don't exactly manage to survive on their own without either being consumed by another ghost or eventually lost in the depths. To make it more complicated however you are a halfa and your core reflects this as you need your human body to survive which it would be unable to reform.

"Long story short this basically meant you wouldn't be able to recover and your core would basically be lost and either fade or become consumed by a full ghost. There's no telling what would happen then, but better not risk it if possible.

"In this case however it appears that your core was attracted towards a large concentration of your Ectoplasm and in a stroke of luck found a suitable vessel to inhabit. From what tests can tell us it appears that your arch-enemy has been attempting to, well, clone you for some reason."

Danny blinked as his mind tried to wrap around this and silently mouth the word, what, over and over to herself. For his part the leader of the Far-Frozen let the halfa have a moment before continuing as she focused in on him again.

"While we can't quite tell what process Plasmius was using to accomplish it, nor how many other clones existed, we can assume a few things safely. In this case we can tell that your core sought out the most stable of vessels and managed to integrate itself inside of them, thus bringing you back to life in a way.

"As for why said vessel is female… best we can assume is that said clone was the most stable and the reason they had the wrong gender was due to a problem during the creation process. Said problem might even be the reason this body was as stable as it is in the first place.

"Though if I'm being honest it appears that Plasmius has added a large amount of raw ectoplasm in as well which might also explain the anomalies.

"Getting back on track though, while this new body of yours is the most stable it appears that it isn't quite stable enough. This is why you are getting exhausted quite quickly when using your powers, they are quite frankly the only thing keeping you together at this point.

"That is pretty much part of the reason we were so quick to rush you to the hospital here when we saw you literally start to melt into raw ectoplasm while floating."

Finally finished Frostbite looked over at the halfa as she seemed to internally freaking out and waited for her to ask any questions.

For her part Danny was taking a few shuddering breaths as her mind raced through everything before forcibly calming down. If what the yeti-ghost told her was true then she did not want to use her Ghostly Wail right now as it could very well kill her.

Looking at the yellowed eyed ghost the halfa opened and closed her mouth a bit before shuddering one last time. That done she pinched the bridge of her nose in frustration before looking at him and asking what appeared to be the most important question on her mind.

"Exactly how much time do I have left then?"

Frostbite looked at the young halfa for a moment at that question before shrugging himself and speaking.

"From what we can tell at least three months here and about one and half in your world, less if you stray outside an ectoplasmic rich zone, and even then the more powers you use the less time that becomes. Thankfully however we have encountered a case or two similar to this in a few other ghosts that formed improperly and have developed something to help.

"It should take our scientists about a week to adjust it for your situation but afterwards you should be able to live out the remainder of your natural life span with no side effects."

The halfa ended up blinking for a moment, not really used to such an answer falling into her lap like this. Really, after the accident her luck had gone from bad to worse so having the answer so easily like this was rather startling.

"Okay then… I have so many other questions right now that I don't even know where to begin. The most prominent however is how exactly common is this type of situation for you to apparently have a type of medicine for it?!"

At this exclamation Frostbite hummed before holding up a hand and tilting it side to side in such a way to indicate that it was somewhere in the middle of things. This obviously didn't answer the question but at the same time it somehow did.

"Believe it or not Great One but this is rather common in the very young ghosts who are unable to quite gather enough ectoplasm to form a proper body. Most common in low ectoplasmic concentration and/or contaminated zones and all one would really need is a few weeks in a concentrated environment at most to cure it.

"In our case we simply use a few ingestible pills and it would stabilize the individual in at most two to three days. The only reason for the delay in yours is primarily due to, once again, you being a halfa and requiring a slightly different type of medicine."

Danny blinked for a moment as this passed through her mind before very deliberately deciding that she didn't want to know anything else. This was way too convenient but she wasn't going to take this bizarre turn of luck for granted.

"Alright then… anything else I should be aware of?"

The halfa asked and was rewarded with Frostbite once more raising his frozen hand up with a raised index finger before pausing. His mouth shut with a small click as he went back to the clipboard and flicked through a few pages to double check a few things.

"Beyond some minor vaccinations missing for various things, which is rather understandable considering how young you are, nothing else quite comes to mind. We'll pretty much take care of that over the next few days and should be able to start you on some of the more minor exercises for your ice core as well.

"This would obviously be monitored for safety reasons but beyond that I'm not seeing anything to worry about. There might also be a few other lessons thrown in on top of this for minor things that you might not be aware of due to your lack of time in the Infinite Realms.

"Nothing to be ashamed of since you're a halfa and have spent most of your time in the material world as far as I can see. Oh!

"While we're on that topic I should mention that due to you being the one to defeat Pariah Dark, Great One you have the right to pilfer his artifacts. While he wasn't an actual king Pariah did cause a lot of trouble and stole a bunch of artifacts from their rightful owners.

"Most have been reclaimed after he initially fell but due to various laws, and the fact that he whipped out some completely, there are still quite a few left. Since in an ironic twist of fate he followed the King's Law, as some call it, he left behind his collection to the one who defeated him in signal combat.

"As the one who actually forced him back into the Sarcophagus of Forever Sleep you have effectively been granted the rights to whatever is left. After everything is settled with your training and such you can head on over and deal with the stuff as you see fit."

Seemingly pleased with himself the yeti-ghost watched as the ghost-girl let out a long tired sigh and placed her hand over her eyes. It was clearly obvious that the white haired girl was exasperated about everything, not that he blamed her, he was a ghost and being a, as the younger human generation called them, troll was great fun.

Really, the whole Great One thing was more of a way for the FarFrozen to passively mess with the halfa who stopped Pariah Dark. That being said they were so going to use everything at their disposal to force as much medicine into the young girl as ghostly as possible.

Seriously, that body had absolutely no antibodies in it for human or ghostly diseases and that's not even mentioning how many other problems there were. Thank the Ancients that Frostbite's people kept an eye on all areas of development in the human world.

For crying out loud she could even catch any number of diseases that were found in animals and couldn't even be transferred to humans in the first place. The halfa's only saving grace so far was that her body was created in a sterilized lab and that mundane diseases had a hard time infecting ecto-plasmic infused blood cells on either side of the divide.

On the bright side she did have a functioning immune system but it was a lot like a newborn's in many ways right now. Then again there was no telling when Plasmius had actually built the cloning pods to begin with, let alone where he stopped when the accident happened.

Come to think of it Frostbite couldn't help but be curious how the elder halfa would be reacting to this new revelation. The man had probably been hit rather hard by such a huge loss of his obsession so with this new development?

Better to be on the safe side and have a few extra sentries on duty just in case the vampiric halfa came knocking.

"On that note Great One you should probably get some rest now. While it's fine to transform between your two forms I would suggest at the very least staying Human for the time being.

"At the very least we have a selection of winter clothing and human food for your continued stay here."

Reluctantly nodding Danny glanced about the room before letting out a resigned sigh and hopping off the bed. Absently she shoved whatever emotions and thoughts into the back of her head once more in an attempt to get over the awkwardness with her new body.

-|:-:|- Time Skip - Three Weeks -|:-:|-

Three weeks later Danny was reluctantly floating around Pariah's Keep and just wearily observing the various objects she now owned. Well, technically owned as she was only going to be grabbing one or two of them and leaving the rest behind.

All told her time at the Far-Frozen was rather simply spent in between some minor meditation and expending ice energy in multiple ways. At least until they gave her the medication and afterwards she was basically thrown into warrior training.

On the bright side they now considered her an honorary warrior and without any concerns or pressing matters she managed to learn how to use her core rather quickly. Downside was that the group not only kept calling her Great One but also shared many remarks at her numerous failures.

Thankfully she didn't freeze anyone but there had definitely been a few near misses in the beginning there. Afterwards however Frostbite had shown her to the keep and a brief explanation of where the vault was later they parted ways.

A few minutes of wearily wandering the creepy halls later and she finally came upon the vault which opened automatically. Briefly she wondered if the fallen god had potentially taken something from the Far-Frozen if the brief look upon the yeti-ghost's face was any indication and their tightened grip upon the strange scroll he held.

That done she let said thought pass before reluctantly walking inside and inspecting the numerous items that were scattered around.

So far she had passed over some sort of white haired mask with two red marks under it's white eyes and a blue V like shape on its forehead, a giant kitchen knife of some sort with bandages wrapped around it's hilt, what looked like some sort of still living lizard tail for some reason, and a strange gauntlet with six stones embedded in it. Say what you will but for some reason she felt that those objects weren't worth the effort to keep and better left alone in the long run.

(Fierce Deity Mask - LoZ Majora's Mask, Zangetsu - Bleach, Varga Tail - Luna Varga/Taylor Varga, Reality Gauntlet - Marvel Avengers)

She did however end up grabbing some sort of bone like half mask, the top was apparently some sort of point that sat on the middle of her forehead, had cut out eyeholes, some sort of protrusion jetted out and came to a trapezoid like shape on is end roughly where her nose was, and had some triangular marks cut out on the bottom.

It was oddly angular and at times the halfa almost thought that something black dripped from it before being reabsorbed just as she turned to look at it. About the only reason she grabbed it was because it could be useful to disguise herself if in the odd chance she returned to the real world. (Puro Mask - Changed 2018)

Other than that Danny was wearily floating around and avoiding any object that gave off bad vibes like the plague. She was quite sure that Sauron's Ring was in here somewhere, as in, the actual ring that Frodo Threw into Mount Doom in the Lord of the Rings series.

Would seriously not surprise her at this point with how many crazy things Pariah had stored away.

With a twitch of an eye she tore her visage away from some sort of gaudy mirror with backwards writing on it after catching a glimpse of her family in it. She wanted nothing to do with it, nor the chained up angel statue that moved when she wasn't looking at it, or the seven strange giant gemstones sitting innocently on a pedestal.

(Mirror of Erised - Harry Potter Sorcerer's Stone, Weeping Angel - Doctor Who, Chaos Emeralds - Sonic the Hedgehog)

Soon her weary eyes caught sight of what appeared to be some sort of sword sitting innocently on another pedestal. It appeared to be some sort of purple blade that faded into a bright red in the middle before going back to purple on the other side.

Strangely enough the crystal-like structure appeared to be attached to some sort of plant-like hilt giving off the appearance of the blade being some sort of plant. Though now that she was closer Danny noticed that there was an emerald plate like object sitting off to the side with what appeared to be black roses etched into it.

Another glance at the blade and the halfa noticed that said plate could be reattached but was apparently removed to show several hole like objects cut into the great blade. There were seven holes apparently with at least two sets of two being connected by some sort of line for some reason.

Also on the pedestal in front of the blade was what appeared to be three orb like objects, one red, one blue, and one green. Closer inspection showed that they could potentially be inserted into the blade and probably held some sort of importance.

Oh and did she forget the most important thing about it being that said blade is almost twice as tall as she was?

(Great Fairy Sword - LoZ Majora's Mask, Materia - Bahamut Summoning, All Support, Ice Magic - Final Fantasy)

"Interesting blade isn't it?"

"GRAAAHHH!"

With a shriek of surprise the white haired girl whipped around and attempted to throw a blast of Ectoplasm at whoever had snuck up upon her. Only to have it suddenly grabbed out of thin air and its existence erased by a familiar purple glove hand with three wrist watches on it.

"Best to not throw around your power while in here Daniel, some of the object's don't like to wake up or be disturbed, especially while time is frozen like this."

Almost as if to punctuate this the mask she had passed over previously seemed to suddenly let loose a bunch of energy. Wearily the halfa floated a step or two backwards as a just in case while also keeping an eye on the Master of Time.

"What do you want, Clockwork?"

Danny spoke through her clenched teeth as she fruitily tried to glare the Master of Time into submission. It had no effect, not like she suspected it would, and the halfa couldn't help but wonder what was going to happen to her this time.

"Hm… what do I really want indeed? As the Master of Time it's my job to keep the timelines in order and despite how… untasteful it can be at times it's a job I've done for millennia without complaint.

"That however doesn't mean I can't be surprised at times like this."

Wearily Danny floated backwards as the time ghost seemed to tower over her with a particularly dark frown on his face. Almost absently she grabbed the handle of the blade next to her as if in some subconscious need of protection.

Not that it would really work for her but it was the illusion of safety from being armed that helped settle some of her nerves.

Clockwork in turn simply raised his eye as his age shifted to an old man as he absent ran his free hand through his long white beard.

"Take you for example, Daniel Fenton/Phantom was supposed to die due to his injuries when attempting to save his family. Danielle Fenton/Phantom was supposed to wake up in a month or so after the death of Vladimir Masters/Plasmius.

"She would eventually melt into ectoplasm largely unknown to the world and things would eventually settle into a new age… at least it was supposed to."

Absently the red eyed ghost snapped the three orbs from the table, Danny herself flinched at it, before easily inserting them into the blade. That done he let out a hum before reattaching the emerald plate onto the blade and backing off slightly.

Instantly the halfa let out a sigh of relief as the blue skinned ghost backed off. She then blinked a few times and absently lifted up the sword upon feeling some weird tingling sensation.

A quick glance over and she somehow knew that the three orbs had names but had no clue how that was possible. The white haired girl however quickly turned her attention back towards Clockwork as he spoke once more.

"That you miraculously survived in this odd twist of fate is something that I could not really perceive. Thus it leaves the question… What should I do with you?"

Now weary the halfa floated backwards and gripped the handle of the blade just that much harder. She was tense and ready for a fight but wasn't quite sure what was going to happen.

The Master of Time however regarded her with all the interest one would regard the ground they walked on before continuing on.

"With that in mind I can tell you that going forward I'm not going to kill you, there have been… enough death's already. You can't return to the real world without causing even more problems in the long run, nor can you stay here in the Infinite Realms.

"Therefore, the only real way left for me to deal with you… is to send you to another world where you would be a complete unknown. Even better, while you would stand out thanks to those powers of yours it won't really matter that much as there are others with abilities that can mimic most of those powers."

Finishing the time ghost backed off for a moment as he regarded Danny once more. Who in turn was staring at him with what amounted to a deer in headlights look.

She shuddered for a moment before speaking.

"And if I didn't want to?"

It was clear that she already had an idea of the answer and was only asking for clarification.

"In that case I would simply toss you into the dimension where that mask came from and let the local wildlife consume your body and destroy your mind. Reducing you to a monster seeking to assimilate others with no real personality beyond the simplest of hints of your former self.

"Or even into some other world that I won't really pay much attention to which could be worse than even that."

The green eyed half ghost floated quietly for a moment before finally hanging her head in defeat.

"Fine… anything's better than… than this."

Her white bangs covered her eyes in defeat as Clockwork let out a hum and turned into a child. He then hummed before nodding and making a random gesture with his staff to the chamber at large.

"Very well, I'll make preparations and should have things done in four days time for your departure. Until then feel free to look around for anything else that captures your eyes, not that I think anything else will.

"Afterwards just follow the directions your new Buster Sword tugs you and afterwards you should be fine. Though… do and at the very least try and not make too many ripples while there will you?

"The local's may not exactly like that and the one in charge may be very cross with you if that does happen. TIME IN!"

Abruptly Clockwork hit the button on his staff before blinking out, taking his amulet with him at the same time. In turn Danny wearily glanced around before letting out a huff and looking back over the giant blade.

Some grumbling later and the halfa simply shrugged before carefully resting the giant thing on her shoulder. That said she was definitely going to look over the place and take something else just to spite the ghost or something.

Some minutes later she had floated over to look at some sort of brown leathery egg-like object with an X shaped cross on top. (Xenomorph Egg - Alien)

A second later she basically belated the thing when it opened up and something attempted to jump out at her. That basically left behind a stain of some sort and any other interest in the collection of artifacts was lost.

Though on her way out Danny did confirm that Pariah Dark actually had Sauron's Ring. That had caused a minor delay as the green eyed ghost girl blinked dumbly at it before deliberately ignoring the thing.

As far as she knew it was a simple joke she made in her mind and had no basis in reality. Coincidently she was irritated with Clockwork as he was correct in that she found nothing else to take.

-|:-:|- Time Skip - 4 Days -|:-:|-

Four days had passed and the halfa was awkwardly trying to put the awkwardness of her new outfit out of her mind. Long story short the pre-teen was basically jumped by Sabrina shortly after leaving Pariah's Keep and forcibly dragged into a forced makeover.

Due to various reasons she was deliberately ignoring the feminine aspects of it and resolved to try and change it when she could. The only reason she stayed with it was due to the fashionista mostly forcing her into it and not having enough time before leaving.

Said outfit basically consisted of a one piece swimsuit in black with her standard white DP symbol still on her chest. It was also reinforced a bit with what amounted to an approximate Kevlar like fabric treated to be fire and acid resistant, and insulated to protect from electricity.

Since it didn't wrap around her neck any more and basically left most of her collarbone exposed there was a white choker like object around her neck. She also had a belt-like object around her waist as well in white as well but this had three pouches attached to it with one large on her left and two small on her right.

Attached to her upper right thigh was another loop of black color like material with another white pouch for some reason. She still had white boots though they mostly went up to just below her knees and for some reason her treads had been replaced to have what appeared to be some sort of paw replacing most of the upper foot around where her toes were.

That had been minorly confusing but was put aside as something to potentially do with her new mask which had been clipped to her belt just behind the two smaller pouches. Her gloves were also white and went to about the middle of her arm between the elbows and wrist.

Annoyingly Sabrina had used some black material to almost trace the rather faint Lichtenberg Scar on her left hand that had pressed the button. Though how that thing managed to transfer bodies with her was going to bugging her.

She also had a black band around that arm mid way between her elbow and shoulder that reversed the colors to white again in the same location tracing her scar. There was also a white shoulder pad on said shoulder as well with what looked a black version of her symbol on it.

Her right arm on the other hand was left bare with the only exception being a sheath to hide some sort of dagger in her glove. That had been left empty for some reason and Danny was deliberately not planning on getting a blade for it.

Her head had largely been left alone with the ponytail still there, not that it mattered but the halfa had that same hairstyle in both forms anyways. Not that she could really cut her hair that short anyways as she resigned herself to that little bit of acceptance.

There might also be a bit of pain there as it was a sort of symbol to her sister Jazz and therefore left alone.

As for the giant sword that she had basically taken, the pre-teen didn't know how it worked but it was somehow placed into some sort of invisible pocket on her back. She could easily take it out and put the thing back in with little difficulty but for the most part chalked it up to ghostly shenanigans.

All in all she was deliberately ignoring the fact that she had been forced into it and forcing her attention onto other things. That essentially being the fact she was laying down on a field of flowers and someone was gently shaking her shoulder.

"Hey, are you alright?"

Groggily she forced her eyes open, took note that she was now in human form, thankfully with regular clothes, before finally noting the one attempting to wake her. For a moment her eyes focused on the brown haired girl but really unable to comprehend anything.

"Wha…"

Her somewhat incomprehensible response came out as the young woman seemed to look at her amused.

"Here, it looks like you're still rather out of it."

Absently Danny accepted the hand she offered and almost robotically let herself be led over to a bench. Something in the air felt weird, as if any ectoplasm was being forcibly absorbed by something and it was messing with her senses.

There was also a nagging sensation as something seemed to be poking at her mind in a semi-lazy matter. Deliberately the halfa ignored this and took note that she was currently wearing some sort of baggy gray sweater, red sneakers, and beige shorts.

A few minutes later and the pre-teen robotically turned her head to keep an eye on the woman who was now frowning. The young girl opened her mouth for a moment before closing it and her eyes to shake her head clear.

"I ugh… wha… what happened?"

The blue eyed girl spoke as she managed to slowly adapt to the rather strange sensation. The woman on the other hand seemed to hum slightly before shrugging and speaking.

"I was hoping you would know."

Danny stared at her for a moment before finally managing to gain a grip on her senses and looking around. She was apparently inside some sort of church-like place, one in some disrepair considering that it had flowers growing inside of it.

"Ah! Seems like someone is finally back with us."

Looking back over towards the young woman the blac haired youth noticed that she was holding some sort of staff and fingering a green orb embedded in it. Immediately Danny was slightly weary of the object and weapon, not quite knowing what it was.

That said she looked back towards the brown eyed female who had tilted her head slightly to regard her. A few seconds later the youngest of them let out a nervous chuckle and awkwardly rubbed the back of her neck before speaking.

"Err… yeah… sorry about that but I… honestly don't know what happened there… let alone where I am."

The girl raised an eyebrow before letting out a hum and speaking.

"Okay then… you're rather strange but something is telling me that you are rather trustworthy. As for where you are, it's inside a church in Sector Seven Slums."

Seeing the young girl blink at her in confusion the woman tilted her head in the other direction and spoke again.

"Midgar… Capital of the Shinra Power Company?"

No reaction came from the younger girl beyond vague confusion causing the woman to grow more confused. She honestly had no clue what to do right now and was getting literally no response about the child in front of her.

"Err… right, my name is Aerith, Aerith Gainsborough and you are?"

Danny blinked at this before shrugging as she honestly had no prior knowledge of what those names meant. The woman seemed to recognize the lack of response and had decided to introduce herself so she responded in kind.

"Danny, Danny Fenton."

Aerith herself let out a hum in consideration as she regarded the pre-teen in a combination of fascination and slight dread. So far she was literally getting nothing from the young girl, almost as if she didn't exist on any level the planet acknowledged.

That, combined with the weird way that the world seemed to flow into and around the black haired youth, sent her on edge.

At the same time however… something inside of her seemed to just know that the stranger was safe. Almost as if they were giving off a sense of security and protection in such a way that she got sensations from the planet.

Thus it was not a surprise to the last Cetra as she acted on impulse to the seemingly impossible child in front of her.

"Do you have a place to stay?"

Judging from the startled look on Danny's face the brown haired woman could take that as a no. A happy smile soon broke out on the woman's face in response as she placed a hand on the young girl's shoulder.

"That's alright, I'm pretty sure that mom won't mind if I bring someone else home. You can stay as long as you like, and I'm pretty sure some of my old clothes will fit you as well.

"OH! I always wanted a little sister to spoil!"

Suffice to say Danny couldn't get a word in edgewise as Aerith's hand slid down her shoulder to her arm and clamped shut. For such a slim and dainty looking person the older female seemed to have a deceptively strong grip.

Thus the halfa had literally found herself being dragged away and no words of protest would dissuade the older woman from her course of action.

Not even an hour in a new world and she was already being forcibly adopted by a rather happy and excited person. Why did she also get the strange feeling that her new life was going to be rather interesting moving forwards?

-|:-:|- Two Years Later -|:-:|-

Danny in her ghost form deliberately ignored the fact that her cloak had been destroyed as she kept her giant blade locked with her opponent. Her green eyes looked through her mask, now slit thanks to its unique properties, at her opponents slightly darker green slight eyes.

Her hair scrunchy had been destroyed thanks to an earlier attack allowing her white hair to drift in a nonexistent breeze. Her opponents silver long silver hair also flowed in another nonexistent breeze and somewhere in the back of her mind the halfa realized that this person was a fake.

How that was possible the young teen had no clue but she ignored it and kept her blade locked with the man that opposed her.

A second later and she was desperately trying to keep up with him in a clash of blades while her powers steadily dropped. "Foolish little girl! Do you know who I am?"

Hearing the man's strangely echoing voice Danny rolled her eyes and spoke in an equally echoing voice.

"No, nor do I really care about an old man clearly overcompensating for something with his oversized blade. All I care about is that some clearly evil looking fruit loop is attacking my friends."

Someone snorted off to the side and this Sephiroth character actually let his eye twitch in obvious irritation.

"Says the girl with an equally oversized weapon, do your parents know where you got it from?"

A raised eyebrow, not that anyone could see behind the mask, and a tilted head in response to the obvious taunt. Danny couldn't help but feel slightly amused at the witty comeback but kept her face calm while replying.

"Wouldn't really care seeing as they died years ago. Not that you should really care, you would obviously be a horrible dad to have."

Instantly she ducked under the slice and retaliated with her own, only to find it blocked with skill and the clash resumed. Internally the halfa prayed that everyone had the sense to get out of here so she could ditch this fruitloop fast.

Then the familiar voice of Zack broke the intense atmosphere as he tried to recover from his concussion.

"WOW! Talk about burns from your own daughter!"

Everyone froze for a moment and looked at the man who apparently didn't look like he got hit in the head earlier.

Those in Avalanche obviously knew he was concussed and only looked at him like he was crazy, with the sole exception of Cloud who facepalmed. Everyone else however was looking at him blank faced before robotically turning back to look at the two clashing, obviously empowered individuals.

Being so close Danny could practically see the crazed man's mind ticking away at something before suddenly pausing as he looked her in the eyes. His own seemed to blink before slowly widening in obvious shock as Rude, also concussed at the same time as Zack, spoke.

"Ya know, I can actually see the resemblance."

Quickly the halfa took advantage of the opportunity to whack the man aside with the flare of her blade, and out the obviously broken window. That done she didn't bother responding before sprinting towards the group, grabbing a surprised Zack who squawked in surprise, and quickly barreling into the hall.

Everyone else also had the same idea and the second that Tiffa cleared the door the young teen quickly threw an overpowered Blizzard attack behind them. It froze the door shut and would take hours to melt before allowing anyone inside to escape.

By the time they did however Shinra would have several incredibly wrong ideas going forward that left the entire group confused. It didn't help that their group also had to deal with a crazed super soldier with plans on world destruction thinking the same thing either.

Neither side would be persuaded on anything else later until years later as Yuffie of all people finally snapped and managed to, impossibly, provide DNA evidence to disprove this. How this happened nobody knew, but it did calm down the unrest on both sides that had sprung up with the two of them somehow ending up an item.

Danny herself still had no clue how she landed a princess of all things as a girlfriend, but firmly laid the blame on Vincent for this. Nobody noticed how the former Turk seemed to faintly smirk in response to this, nor noticed the weird book he swiped from said ninja titled Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha.

crai22: FINALLY! This cane out just under 11k words when I finished it.

Danny: Uh... WHAT THE FUDGE!?

Dani: What he said.

Miota: Yeah, I'm with them on this one.

crai22: Long story short, I got to reading some Star Wars Fanfiction and got most of this idea from a Harry Potter crossover where various Master's ended up cloning and instead of dying ended up inside said clone. The Final Fantasy stuff just came after when I noticed that there was literally only one DP FFVII crossover on this site.

Danny: Still, WHAT!

Dani: Yeah... TUE stories seem to be over done but I have to agree, WHAT!

Miota: Now your being repetitive... WHAT!

Dani: HEY, don't go stealing our things you copycat.

crai22: Moving on before this devolves into an argument.

Danny: Please and thank you.

crai22: As Dani said earlier TUE stories have been overdone in the past but as I understand it their a really great way of setting things up for forcing Danny out of Amity. That being said I got to wondering if I could set up another angle to that premise and well, as I said earlier Star Wars crossover with Harry Potter.

Then I got to thinking on how to make it happened before getting slightly hooked on Final Fantasy, aka the FFVII remake and things, kind of grew from there. Ironically this Danny seems to fit in with that game slightly as practically every member of Avalanche has some sort of trauma they seemingly repress.

Cloud: HEY!

Danny: Don't start this argument Cloud, exactly how many times were you traumatized, Mako poisoned, almost killed, actually brought back from death, and impaled through the chest?

Cloud: ... that may be but everyone-

Miota: Tiffa, father killed and watched home burn. Vincent, shot three times, brought back to life with four voices in his head driving him insane and a constant fight to stay in control, and stayed in a coffin inside Shinra Mansion's basement for decades.

Yuffie, sole princess of a conquered country, saw a friend die in front of her, and probably target for numerous assassinations by Shinra and others over the years. Red, basically kidnapped and became one of Hojo's experiments.

Barret, saw his village burned down in front of him, lost an arm, and saw Shinra basically kill his friends. Cid... alright him I don't really know but Shinra basically left him high and dry after the failed space mission that never got off the ground.

Zack, mentor manipulated him into killing them, watch his friend go insane and burn down a village, and basically became an experiment for Hojo for four years before escaping. Only to be gunned down by an army within sight of his goal after carrying your comatose body around for over a year while being hunted.

You Cloud, bullied and hated by your entire village, never managed to realize your dream of joining SOLDIER, saw your mother killed in front of you, saw said village burned to the ground, impaled on your hero's blade, Hojo's experiment for four years, saw Zack died and absorbed parts of his spirit and memories just to survive, multiple possessions by an alien parasite, multiple times Mako poisoned, targeted by your former hero turned evil arch enem-

Cloud: I GET IT ALREADY! Yeah my life sucked and so did practically everyone else's.

Dani: Wow...

Danny: To think he was just going into a light overview of things from the top of his head.

Miota: Nyep... I can also see now why he thought this version of you would fit in so well.

crai22: Yes, now as I was saying... lot's of repress trauma yadda yadda yadda. The last little snipper isn't really part of the story but more of a sort of teaser for some future events and would be up for change.

Really, I just made that bit up to help me with remember how I would want to take this for myself.

Danny: That... I... Just get on with the overview already. This is already tipping my WTF scale over the top and I deal with what amounts of an Amityville Horror ripoff every day.

crai22: Right... Basically this is a Fem-Danny in the Final Fantasy VII universe arriving about a year, year and a half, before the main events of the game. Due to her bizarre luck she manages to save Zack while on a nightly flight after a nightmare surrounding the events of the Ultimate Enamine.

As you saw towards the end Aerith basically forcibly adopts the girl out of interest and up until the events that drags her into the crosshairs of Avalanche starts forming her own theories. Basically she thinks that Danny might be another escapee from the labs like her and might, possibly, be similar to her, as in another Cetra.

The fact that the planet/Minerva doesn't actually seem to acknowledge that she exists might also be an interest point leaving the actual Cetra to have to pick up things on her own. Also, before complaining know that she is the last of her kind and her mother didn't exactly have enough time to impart a lot of stuff before passing on leaving Arieth largely uninformed on how things being one works.

In-between her arrival and the events of the game Danny is basically learning how this new world works and starts using her ghost form to mess with Shinra during her free time. Thanks to her mask and it's power to either give her fox ears and tail, or turning her into a full on anthro, most of the company start thinking she is a new form of monster for quite a while.

Coincidently Aerith doesn't quite realize Danny is Phantom but she is aware of the mischief the halfa is causing with company, at least until around the same time that she once again comes back into contact with Zack. Her mother on the other hand is aware but keeps quiet for the most part till Avalanche tries to rescue her elder daughter and catches a tired Danny attempting to sneak out.

As for why said halfa is tired, she tried to stop the collapse of Sector 5 and used her ghost powers to delay the collapse via ice powers but still failed. This however did delay things for more people to evacuate and due to stupidity from the company itself broadcasting this cast doubt on many employees about who truly caused the destruction.

We then finally come full circle to the ending where an ill timed comment from a concussed Zack makes everyone, including the big bad himself, think that Danny is some sort of illegitimate child of Sephiroth. Avalanche however knows this isn't possible as ironically Barret is the one to realize who Danny is and the group had learned some of the halfa's past earlier.

Though yes, Cloud is aware of how similar Danny is to Sephiroth when she's in ghost form, hence his facepalm as he is the only one to realize what is going to happen.

Things continue and the group finally learn more of the halfa's past including her nature as a walking paradox being half ghost. They also make fun of what is to them an obvious magical girl transformation-esk like sequence.

Dani: It is quite similar now that I think of it.

Danny: No it's not!

Miota: Unfortunately it is Danny.

Cloud: I, yeah sorry pal but their telling the truth. Heck, your outfit in this story and the fluffy appendages with the mask bring out the magical girl feel even more.

crai22: Yeah, that was kind of intention and is going to be used at some point as torment for Sephiroth by the group.

Sephiroth: Wait, what? (BANG!) *Falls onto the floor unconscious*

Cloud: Sorry about that, no idea where he came from.

crai22: Right... going forward it turns out that Danny basically break things by turning into a joker like character able to fill any slot and wield every type of weapon in the game. Her transformation also changes her stats and in an incredibly broken move she has not the standard four Limit Breaks but eight, four for each form with her Ghostly Wail being her level four ghost from Limit Break.

Things continue about the same with obvious changes such as Hojo trying his best to try and get his hands on Danny thinking much like all of Shinra, Sephiroth attempting to recruit her, and Avalanche having no clue what the heck is going on with everyone. The planet finally takes notice of the halfa but only out of shock when she accidently spills what amounts to Artificial Ectoplasm in a Mako Spring.

Coincidently in this setting Mako is essentially another form of Ectoplasm and Danny unfortunately needs to consume some to keep herself healthy, much like how Zack and Cloud needs to consume Mako to keep healthy. Ironically the three of them agree that the artificial stuff actually tastes better then the Shinra filtered stuff and prefer it over natural if only because they don't like the fact they might actually being drinking someone's soul when they found out the truth about the Life Stream.

Also, the natural stuff tastes better then the artificial, and easier to consume, but due to the previously stated reason they stick with the artificial stuff. When asked Danny would readily admit that her parents figured out how to make the stuff and she learned how to make it in turn.

We move on and while in Wuti Vincent investigates a few things and while everyone is irritate that Yuffie stole their Materia he discovers that she has a secret interest in magical girls. Particularly she is a very big fan of Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha and basically uses that to get her off his back by secretly plotting to get her and the halfa together.

Ironically Danny is the only one to realize that Vincent set the two of them up but nobody believes her, nor would they realize that he got hooked on the same series as well.

First game ends relatively the same and everyone settles into their respective rolls with Danny being essentially helping Reeve set up his restoration committee much faster with her knowledge of how to make Artificial Ectoplasm, and ironically Nuclear Fusion to help replace Mako Reactors. She also is heavily interested in helping Cid finally getting to space, who in turn is incredibly happy with an enthusiastic helper just as interested in reaching space as him, much to everyone's amusement.

By the time Advent Children happen Vincent has basically started his plot to hook the ninja and walking paradox up what with him tricking Danny into giving Yuffie a belt that can basically induce a magical girl like transformation as well. Coincidently this is basically when Danny actually is clued into his plotting as a rescued and cured Lucrecia makes a comment unaware of how good the halfa's hearing is while in range of said hearing.

Miota: Talk about detailed pal.

Danny: I know what you mean, this writer is dedicated.

Dani: Do you think something is wrong with him?

Cloud: Don't ask me but it seems like he is finally settling down.

crai22: Aerith survived and is part of the reason Lucrecia is fine but this time she and Zack are settling down and only play a minor part in this story as she is, ironically, expecting a child sometime soon. The near miss in the Cetra Village basically pushed Zack's surprise of getting a wedding ring up and the two had gotten married shortly after Meteor.

This time however things go rather different as thanks a combination of a ton of SOLDIER's and the Turks defecting to help them, plus the fact that both took a lot of research, and Danny's knowledge of her parents works, come together to actually kill Jenova while saving Sephiroth. Then things basically take a shark turn off a cliff and into an active volcano as back in the Infinite Realms the Observants basically through a hissy fit upon learning that Danny survived.

That, combined with the fact that Clockwork was checking up on her, ends up with Dan's thermos ending up traveling through the portal to end up on Gaia. Bad luck basically ends up with it coming out exactly at the same time the group saves Sephiroth who, like everyone else, is startled by the sudden green portal and reacts instinctively to cut the thing coming out in half.

Que the Ultimate Enemy being unleashed upon an unsuspecting world forcing literally everyone into a fight that makes all previous ones look pitiful in comparison. It get's even worse when he manages to, somehow, get his hands on the Black Materia and it gives him a massive power up thanks to Jenova's last remains powering him.

Suffice to say that is not a fight that anyone is going to like and the group has no choice but to return to the Cetra village to retrieve the White Materia before Dan can figure out how to summon Meteor. They also have to deal with the fact that is he is sending clones after them to not only hinder them but in the hopes of them somehow giving him the knowledge he needs to activate his new world destroying power.

A near thing later and Danny basically has no choice but to have one final clash against her Ultimate Enemy and the planet/Minerva gives Danny a powerup as well to help even out their power levels.

Ultimately the halfa tries to stop him on her own against her friends wishes but they grudgingly concedes to her wishes in this case. Clockwork however, knows this wouldn't work and basically sends Plasmius, a very weak ghost and the only real remanent of Vlad Masters, in to convince them otherwise before he passes on into the Life Stream.

This works and the group arrive just in time to not only save her but help turn the fight around, much to Dan's surprise as he really didn't expect anyone to be able to help her. Heck, Zak of all people picks up Angles sword one last time to join the fight while Aeirth provides help in the form of what amounts to as healing rain from afar.

After defeating the Dark Phantom the group, both old friends and new planning to go their sperate ways but with all the intentions of keeping in contact with other. The walking paradox however is basically dragged off unwillingly by the hyper ninja with the promise to eventually return her, after some fun, both the adventure and bedroom kind.

Danny in turn basically vows vengeance on Vincent but all that does is set everyone off laughing and he secretly slips his new favorite manga series into a coat pocket without anyone wiser.

Cloud: I might have been wrong.

Dani: Don't worry my original and Miota went to get medical personal ready for him.

crai22: Finally we get an epilogue where Yuffie finally makes everyone realize Danny is not related Sephiroth and where any loose ends are finally cleared up. Miota: QUICKLY GRAB THAT AUTHOR!

Danny: ON IT, CLOUD HIS ARMS!

Cloud: Here we go then.

crai22: Hay wait a minute!

Dani: Don't worry crai22 this is for your own good.

crai22: (muffled protests)

Miota: Right, while there taking care of that guy crai22 owns nothing but the things he makes up people. Now if you excuse me I have a potentially crazed writer on my hands to deal with.

Danny: Wow, 10,977 words in a story and a total of 2,704 words for an author's note as well.

Dani: Nyep that's a big one.
