The next day came and Giorno proudly strutted through the grounds of Beacon, his fake ID worked on the guards. However, he has to be on high alert because his student serial number is the exact same as Oscar's.

Seeing as hecan't access the Beacon student database, he had to go to the library to use one of those holo computers.

He accidentally bumped on to someone.

"Ahh..!" the woman groaned. Giorno was relatively unharmed because of his larger frame but the woman fell on the floor along with her book.

"Sorry, miss. I should have watched where I was going." Giorno kneeled and offered a hand.

The raven haired woman with the black bow on her head glanced at him and smiled "No, I'm also sorry. I should be more alert and be considerate to clumsy people."

"Hah. Of course." Giorno shrugged the snark off and took her hand. She seemed to not appreciate the offered help. "I can take care of myse- Gah!"

"Nonsense." he said, effortlessly lifting her up in to a standing position. "Least I can do for bumping in to you."

The woman blushed, averting his gaze "Let go of my hand already."

Giorno apologized once more before noticing the book she was carrying was still on the floor. He crouched down to pick it up and once she remembered about the book, she panicked "H-Hey! Don't!"

Giorno picked it up, ignoring her hand on his head. "Oh I've seen this before." he stood up. The woman frantically grabbed the edge of the book but Giorno's grip was so strong.

"Give it to me!" she yelped.

"Ninjas of Love Volume 1. They had a film adaptation of this, I wonder if the book is as naughty." he mumbled to himself before letting go, sending her stumbling away.

"Hey careful!" he called out. "Y-You freaking pervert!" the woman accused, gripping the book tightly.

"What? You're reading the book, so that goes for you as well." Giorno replied. The woman glared at him before angrily walking away.

Giorno sighed before heading towards the library.

Giorno marveled at the computer screen, although he wished it wasn't too transparent because it hurts his eyes a bit. Using Oscar's student number to log in, he immediately went to the student database and searched for Blake Belladonna.

He rolled his eyes once he realized it was the girl he bumped in to on his way here. Judging from how irritated she was, he didn't exactly leave a good impression. But he can use the book as leverage so he can get information out of her if she plays hard to get

'If she's too flusterred about the fact that someone knows she reads that kind of stuff then it must be a secret.'

Giorno's eyes widened when he found out she was from Team RWBY. 'Wow, Ruby is a team leader? Impressive.' he found out that she is also teammates with Yang and the Weiss Schnee heiress was also on their team. Maybe he could get something out of Weiss for their heist?

Taking a mental note of that, he was also surprised to find out that Jaune was a team leader as well. 'JNPR? As in juniper the plant?' he also found out that the Pumpkin Pete commercial mascot was on his team as well 'Pyrrha Nikos. That sounds like a greek name.'

Now he explored Oscar's profile. 'Is he going to be another team leader?' No, he's not. Team CMEO consisted of: Cinder Fall, Mercury Black, Emerald Sustrai and Oscar Pine. For some reason he was getting bad vibes from Oscar's teammates.

"All students report to the courtyard for assignment." the speaker said.

"Damn!" Giorno cussed under his breath, he forgot that he wasn't wearing a uniform and his hair would make him stand out, they'd immediately recognize him as a non student/tresspasser and they could potentially punish Oscar as proxy should they find that he copied his number.

He immediately ran to the main hall where a ton of students were gathering. His only option is to hide in the bathroom.

Which isn't so bad. He starred at himself at the mirror, washed his face. Immediately concocting a plan to infiltrate the school shop to steal a uniform.

Peeking outside, he observed what male students wear. Black suits lined with gold, accompanied by a blue vest and a white shirt with a red tie.

Giorno took advantage of his natural talent for sneaking, and safely made his way past guards and students towards the school shop, that also sells ammunition and other school supplies. The cashier was an automated robot. As Giorno approached the thing, it suddenly recognized that he wasn't part of the student body and was about to set an alarm.

"GOLD EXPERIENCE REQUIEM!" he responded.

"This machine will never reach the truth." the stand muttered, before preparing to punch it. But Giorno said otherwise, he only wanted to disable it.

The robot's desire to sound the alarm was reverted back to 0.

Vaulting through the counter, he searched at the well organized rows of clothes for the perfect fit for him.

After days of wearing simple clothing, Giorno was so tempted to modify his clothes in to something flamboyant, but he doesn't want to risk unwanted attention.

Looking at himself in the mirror, it didn't look half bad. He exited the place coolly and found that the school is now devoid of students. They must be in class.

"Giorno! Hey, you made it." Jaune ran towards him, panting. "Ahh, Jaune. Hello." he greeted, cursing his luck. "No time! Professor Port is about to start his lecture lets go!" Jaune grabbed his arm and tried to run but Giorno seemed heavier than he looks "Alright, alright, I'll follow."

"Hey uh, no offense man... But you're pretty heavy."

. . .

Once entering the lecture hall, Jaune hastily made it towards his teammates and sat next to them. Giorno made the effort to sit at the back.

Professor Port had his back turned to the students as he checked their attendance "Rose."

"In here."

"Schnee."

"Here!"

Thankfully, no one turned to face him so he didn't draw too much attention. Except for the overly excited Ruby, who smiled sweetly waving at him when she spots him. Giorno gave her a small nod.

He observed everyone and saw that Oscar was absent. 'Or maybe he's not in this class..?' he wondered. Giorno made a fingertent and propped his elbows to the table in front of him.

Observing Blake and Weiss' mannerism. Weiss is seemingly going for the "ideal schoolgirl" image: always attentive, teacher's pet and begs for homework, much to the other's dismay. Blake on the other hand tries to be invisible, trying to read the book hidden between the pages of a textbook.

"Err, you there, young blond man at the back. What's the driving force that makes Grimm prey on us?" Port pointed at Giorno, much to his dismay. Everyone turned to look at him, so he has to answer as fast and as efficient as possible.

"Resentment was the motivation behind their desire to kill humans." he answered without missing a beat, thankful that he had read about it.

Blake gasped before frowning, remembering the stranger from earlier. Weiss tilted her head in interest. Yang grinned and gave him a thumbs up. Ruby silently cheered raising her fist to the air. Jaune gave him an OK sign.

"Very good, young man. What is your surname again?"

"Uhh, Pine." he said, knowing Giovanna won't be in the class list. Yang and Ruby raised their eyebrows and glanced at eachother.

"Huh, I already marked you as absent. Why didn't you say you were here when I was checking the attendance?" Port asked, taking one last look at his class list.

'Giorno's last name was Pine?' Jaune thought. "Wait, I thought your-" Yang tried to ask.

"Oh, my mistake Professor... I must not have heard of it." Giorno immediately cuts her off.

"Hmm, I see. Well hopefully it won't happen again, Mr. Oscar." Port chuckled before continuing his lecture.

"Oscar? Sir, I believe his name was Gio-" Jaune tried to correct him but Giorno immediately raised his voice "No problem Professor Port! it will never happen again!"

"Uhh, Professor? He is Gior-" Ruby once again tries but Giorno had a fake coughing fit, causing everyone to stare at him in confusion.

"Are you alright, Mr. Pine?"

Ruby stands up "Sir! His name is Gi-"

Giorno coughed louder, taking the free pen and paper next to him that were provided for students to take notes, he wrote "Please do NOT correct him. Just call me Oscar Pine for now PLEASE!!!" he angrily scribbled the three exclamation marks to put an emphasis and even shaded it to get the message across.

"Giorno!" Ruby yelped in concern, making Giorno want to tear his hair out. Port thankfully hadn't heard and tried to climb the stairs to get to the blond student. "Young man, do you want to see the nurse?" he asked.

Giorno went silent, staring down in an attempt to hide his face, he crumbled the paper from the notepad next to him and turned it in to a ladybug.

"Damn, that's a tough cough." Yang mumbled.

"Oh gosh, I shouldn't have brought him here." Jaune muttered. "You know him, Jaune?" Ren asked. "Yeah, he's my friend, his name is Giorno." Jaune replied.

"Giorno?" Port glanced at Jaune.

"That's just my nickname." Giorno blurted out, still looking down hiding his face. Catching the Professor's attention once more he slowly looked up to face him, trying his best to appear sick by biting his lip and letting his eyes droop.

It only made him appear seductive.

Ruby gasped and blushed, so did Weiss. Blake immediateky turned away 'Why is he making that erotic face?!'

"Yes sir, I would like to see the nurse." he said, watching the ladybug fly from his peripheral vision towards Ruby.

"Of course. I take it you still don't know your way around huh?" Port asked.

'Good, I can get this man out of the classroom before anyone else slips.' he nods.

"Very well, let me take you to her." Port said.

'Wait, if we reach the nurse's clinic and she finds out I'n faking it, things could turn sour.' Giorno thought.

. .

Ruby silently jumped when she saw a ladybug land on her shoulder.

Ladybugs aren't the gross and creepy type of bugs so she gently tried to grab it with her thumb and index finger.

"Hello there, little girl." she whispered. The ladybug suddenly turned to a paper, causing her to yelp.

"What're you-" Weiss noticed and asked.

Ruby's eyes widen after reading it. 'But why?'

Ruby signaled Jaune and walked towards him, whispering that they play along with Giorno before raising her hand. She handed the note to him.

"Professor! Can I volunteer to escort Gio- Oscar to the nurse?" she said.

"Wha- OHHHH!!!" Yang squealed in excitement.

Giorno raised an eyebrow 'What are you doing, Ruby? I need you to stay and stop people from slipping up..!'

"Eh, sure thing Miss Rose. Thanks for saving me the trouble." Port shrugged as Ruby jogged towards Giorno.

"My sis is in love..!" Yang giggled, starring at them lovingly.

"Wait, THEY'RE dating?!" Weiss asked in shock. "Ruby?! With that guy?!" Blake asked.

"Huh? Why? You know him?" Yang asked.

"Don't worry sir, I got this under control." Ruby says.

"Ruby, haven't you read my note?" Giorno whispered in annoyance. Ruby smirked at him "Like I said, I got it under control."

Giorno blushed before being pushed out of the room.

"Woah, Ruby and Oscar are dating?" Jaune said, following the note's instructions, and annoying Yang (who didn't get to see the note) "Why are you calling him Oscar? His name is Giorno!"

"Oh uhh..!" Jaune fumbled before saying "Giorno was just a nickname, his real name is Oscar Pine."

"WHAT?!"

. .

"Ruby, what if your sister or Jaune slips..." Giorno asked, somewhat alarmed that his cover might be blown.

"Why are you pretending to be someone else?" Ruby asked monotonously. Giorno paused and went silent.

"And why should I play along?" Ruby tilted her head.

Giorno's mind debated on whether letting her in on his plan or if he should cook up another bullshit.

"You're being very suspicious, Giorno." she comments, somewhat mad.

'No, I can't get her caught up to this mess. She already has enough on her plate being a Huntress leader.' he thought, considering he had a suspicion that Ruby likes him or was atleast attracted to him, he may have to use that to buy himself some time.

"Well? Aren't you going to say anything?"

Giorno closed his eyes and sighed 'Here goes nothing.'

He suddenly went and hug Ruby.

"Huh?!!!" she gasped in a high pitched voice as her body tensed up. She can smell his perfume, and its intoxicating. Her face was so red.

'Wow... She's really short.'

Panicking, she pushed her away "What are you doing?!" she asked in a voice that sounds like she inhaled helium.

Giorno proceeds to turn up the gear, he knew he has always been a handsome and charismatic individual. But this is the first time he is using it in a romantic way.

"Ruby." he says in a deep voice "I'm actually not enrolled."

"W-W-What?" she asked.

"I missed the enrollment period. But I managed to fake an ID just so I can enter the campus. And purchase a uniform." he reveals, looking down and shyly running his fingers through his shirt.

"... But- but why?" she whispered.

'This is going to be so cheesy...' Giorno clutched his chest and turned away "Because I can't bear to last another day without seeing you."

Giorno could have sworn he can hear her heartbeat thumping very loudly. He watched in amusement as her face turned pale and then crimson.

Ruby was beyond flusterred. So Giorno was her stalker? Its supposed to be creepy, but the thought of someone she finds attractive breaking the rules and going this far just to see her in person is oddly very romantic to her. She already kind of likes him, being her first friend in Beacon after all, and she would be lying if she said he wasn't the most physically attractive person she saw ever since she stepped in to Vale. But its all too sudden, its only been a few days, not even a week has passed. Although at the same time, its a puppy love she can't help but want to explore. She should stop reading Blake's love books.

"What." she asked, her voice even higher than before.

'I'm sorry, Ruby.' Giorno thought sadly, realizing that he's going to have to play with her feelings.

"You heard me, signorina Rose."

Ruby felt lightheaded "Gaaaaaahhh!!!" she yelled in an attempt to pull herself together, causing Giorno to panic. Thankfully no one heard her.

"Y-Y-You like me?" she asked. "Yes. I understand if you don't feel the same way, however I feel like it won't be fair to keep it a secret so I had to confess." Giorno said.

"T-This is so sudden, i-" Ruby fumbled, fidgeting, she can't even look at his gorgeous eyes.

Giorno sighed in relief at being rejected. He smiled and reassured her "It's fine."

"N-No! I- eh! Umm!" Ruby shook her head "Lets take it slow!"

Giorno's face fell. Ruby shyly pressed her two index fingers together "I... Also like you. But not like-like you! But I don't not like you either! So I want to... Maybe give this a chance? We're still young, haha! But we can see where this goes and stuff..?" she asked with hesitation.

Giorno gulped "Ruby, you don't have to force yourself, i can take rejections in stride."

"T-Tomorrow, after class! Main Avenue! Uhh... Lets take a walk. Just the two of us?" Ruby declared, not sure if its a good idea.

He can't believe what he has gotten himself in to "Sure. I'll see you there." Giorno smiled.

"So umm... I'll be going back inside. You better go before someone catches you." Ruby said, looking away.

"Yeah. I'll be leaving." Giorno muttered.

He turned around and started walking.

"Ahh, Giorno?"

"Yeah?"

"Take care." Ruby said, before covering her own face and squealing. Giorno can't help but chuckle "I will."

. . .

"What have I done." Giorno said to himself, exiting the airship to Vale in his casual clothes.

He saw a sign pop from his left that says "What HAVE you done?"

Giorno turned and saw Neo giggling at him. "Oh, hey. Goodafternoon." Giorno greets. Neo smiled happily and greeted him back with another sign.

She followed him as he walked around town.

"You seem to be in deep thought." her sign says.

Giorno glanced at her. Would it be worth asking her for advice? He didn't exactly hate Ruby, but he didn't like her that way either. It is fun to tease her and her warm innocent optimism is something he finds very endearing.

"Neo." he calls, catching her full attention. "Have you ever been in love?"

Neo tilted her head and raised an eyebrow. She knows what love is, she knows from reading fairytales, watching movies and seeing couples date every Valentine's Day, her favorite holiday because of how easy it is to steal and how her earnings go double per couple she pickpockets.

But she never really experienced it for herself. She never liked anyone, she's very cynical and suspicious of everyone around her. Its just that this Giorno person makes her feel at ease that she actually took the chance of being his friend.

He's the first person who was nice to her, without asking for anything in return other than her name. He is able to keep up with her and even outsmarted her once. And most importantly, he didn't seemed to mind that she's mute.

Maybe if she's ever going to fall in love, its with him.

But why is he asking this all of a sudden?

Neo shook her head.

"Huh, odd. With your looks I would have assumed many men fell for you." Giorno offhandedly comments, making her blush but she tries to look unamused by rolling her eyes.

"I haven't felt it for myself. But now I feel some sort of a mild attraction for someone." Giorno said.

'Someone?' Neo perks up, as far as she's aware of, he only knows her and his giant fucking nephew. Or has he met someone she's not aware of?

Neo figured he wasn't from around here, judging by his lack of scroll and awareness.

"Its not love, I'm sure of it. But just slight attraction, maybe even borderline infatuation." Giorno said.

"What does she look like?" Neo raises.

Giorno thought about it, and decided to be vague "Very short and smiles alot."

Neo gasped, wondering if he is talking about her. She does smirk alot and is... Vertically challenged. Taking offense, she kicked his shin.

"Ow..! What was that for?" Giorno hissed.

Neo huffed and turned away, but her face was very red.

. .

Ruby entered the class, very flusterred.

"What's the matter, Rose? Did you also get sick?" Port asked.

"No! I just... Eh. He is doing alright." Ruby says.

"Hmm, well I'll be sure to check if he's okay after class." Port shrugged before returning to his lesson.

"What's the matter? You look like you ate something spicy." Weiss whispered as Ruby sat next to her.

"Tell me every juicy detail about it, sis!" Yang whispered from behind.

"Seriously..?" Blake asked.

'Wait, Professor Port is going to check on him after class?!' Ruby panics, realizing that they never actually went to the nurse's and Giorno went home.

. .

Giorno spots Oscar outside the cafe, cleaning the windows. "Oh, hey Oscar. Weren't you supposed to be in school?" Giorno asked.

"Nah sir, I got too much work to do- TODAY'S THE FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL?!" Oscar screamed as he came in to the realization.

Neo sized this Oscar person up. Somewhat paranoid that maybe this is the person Giorno was talking about instead of her. He is quite short so he already checked one of the boxes. 'Now lets see if he smiles alot.' Neo folds her arms.
