Nemuri sat up as she heard the door open, just in time to see Mitsuki tiredly make her way in.

Mitsuki closed the door, resting her head against it for a moment before walking into the room and slumping down onto the couch.

"I want to ask you how it went but I'm afraid of the answer." Nemuri said, slightly playfully while also worried.

Mitsuki sighed but smirked a little as she looked up at the ceiling in exhaustion.

"Don't be, it went alright… mostly." Mitsuki told her.

Mitsuki nervously runs her fingers through her hair while Nemuri tilts her head to the side, in curiosity.

"Mostly?" Nemuri asked.

"We talked and I managed to keep calm, I guess we still get along." Mitsuki said.

"Well, that's good, so what's the problem?" Nemuri asked.

"I found out that he's already dating again." Mitsuki said.

Nemuri's glance darted left to right, before it settled back on Mitsuki.

"Okay, that's a little shocking, but not surprising." Nemuri said.

"Did you not want him to find someone else?" Nemuri asked.

"No, I'm fine with it, it's just kind of weird and off putting with how he showed me." Mitsuki told her.

"Did he do it to show off and put you down or something?" Nemuri asked.

"No, he seemed genuine about the idea, even if it was a little bizarre." Mitsuki said.

"Apparently, he had a blind date around the same time and he decided that he wanted to introduce me to her." Mitsuki told her.

Nemuri stood there, just dumbfounded by what she heard.

Uncomfortable silence gave way to a fit of laughter, leaving Mitsuki to stare at Nemuri in surprise and Nemuri in joyful tears.

Nemuri had her arms wrapped around herself as she knelt down, laughing hard.

After a few seconds, Nemuri calmed down a bit and wiped away a tear.

"I'm sorry, I'm really sorry, but that's too funny." Nemuri said, through her chuckling.

"Why?" Mitsuki asked, in curiosity.

"It's just that it's a first date with a random stranger, you show up to wherever you go and it's like, hello, my name is Masaru, I like long walks on the beach, romantic dinners and by the way, here's my former wife who I got divorced from recently." Nemuri said, making fun of Masaru a bit.

Nemuri started laughing a little more, albeit lighter than she had been doing.

Mitsuki realized how ridiculous it sounded in hindsight and the way Nemuri put it made it all the funnier.

"I mean honesty is the best policy but yeah it was kind of bad." Mitsuki said, with a laugh.

Nemuri breathed in and out to calm down before waking over to sit on the couch next to Mitsuki.

Nemuri sat down and put her arm around Mitsuki's shoulders.

"So, how awkward was it?" Nemuri asked.

"It wasn't terrible, I actually had a conversation with her beforehand, she seemed cool and when she found out that her date was with my former husband, she walked away." Mitsuki told her.

"Wow." Nemuri said.

"Yeah, I kind of felt bad for him but maybe next time he'll take things slower." Mitsuki said.

"That might be for the best." Nemuri said.

"Did you recognize her at all?" Nemuri asked.

"No, she wasn't anyone I knew, her name was Ryuko Tsuchikawa." Mitsuki told her.

"Pixie-Bob?" Nemuri asked, in surprise.

Mitsuki looked at Nemuri, in confusion.

"That's her hero name, she's a pro on a hero team." Nemuri told her.

"That makes another pro I've met recently." Mitsuki said, slightly mockingly.

"I think the world is trying to tell you something." Nemuri said.

"Not gonna happen, I'm tough but it isn't for me, plus, I'm not into costumes." Mitsuki said.

"That didn't stop you before." Nemuri said, teasingly.

"You're never gonna let that go, are you?" Mitsuki asked, with a smile.

"Nope." Nemuri said, playfully.
