Prologue

Serie Pythoness stepped off flight 747, Massachusetts to London, and into the lobby only to find a sign being held by her cousin that said her name on it, and she began her way over to her smiling. Her cousin crumpled the sign and hugged her.

"It's brilliant to see you 'Mione!"

"I can't believe you moved back to London. I missed you!"

"I missed you too. Nine years is far to long."

"It is yes."

"Oh my god, 'Mione, you look terrific!"

Hermione Granger smiled, her now perfectly strait teeth, less bushy brown hair and brown eyes shimmered in the light.

"You look twenty Serie!"

Serie smiled and reached back and tied up her shoulder length reddish purple hair and her bright violet eyes shown. She was always the weirdest looking in the family. Hermione thought as she stared at the girl.

"It would help that I am 17 'Mione. That might be why I look twenty."

"Yeah, it would." She said, picking up one of Serie's bags and walking out to the parking lot with her.

"How did you get here 'Mione? Are you driving now?"

"No, I never learned to drive. I had alternate transportation."

"Yeah, I could have too, but it would have worn me out."

Hermione laughed and had no clue what Serie was talking about.

"So what school do you go to now 'Mione?"

"It's a private school with a really hard to pronounce name."

"Oh, well we probably won't go to the same school then."

"Why did you come here in your final year of school anyways?"

"My school transferred me. But I'd of came anyways! Just to see you."

Hermione laughed and heard a horn honk. She looked up to see her mum and dad in a car. Thank God. I don't have to apperate. Serie waved at them, smiling.

"Come on Hermione, we shouldn't stand here all day."

Hermione smiled. "Okay"
