A/N: Once in awhile I like to break from comedy and do some fluff. . I just don't usually post it, but needs enough Megas fics to give it its own section. (edit Yay! We got it!) Heehee, so here's my interpretation of how they met. Childhood innocence is so cute.

"Now I want everyone to get a partner and sit at a table together for art time." The mentally draining voice of the middle-aged teacher droned. The children, being in their first day of Kindergarten, scurried to grab a partner. The whole idea of the project was to meet new classmates, but most of the kids choose their next door neighbor or a friend from pre-school. The only two left were boys, one who didn't seem to be enjoying this "school" thing and another who just seemed anti-social. They noticed each other, and possibly out of fear of their teacher, walked over together to the green table next to a blonde and red-headed girl. The teacher passed out a piece of paper to each group and a large box of crayons on each table. "Now for this picture, you and your partner can draw anything you want, but you must draw it together. Draw something you both really like, find out what you have in common…." The teacher was trying desperately to be sweet to the children. But she knew it was only eventual for these children to turn on her. She gave up on sweetness decades ago.

"Let's draw…a unicorn!" The red-headed girl squealed to her friend. "No…I wanna draw a My Little Pony!" the other said loudly. "How about we draw My Little Pony eating apples with a unicorn?" the other tried to compromise. "I guess…" the blonde looked at the floor as if she was going to have a tantrum. "Girls are stupid." The dark haired boy sighed. "There's something we have in common. My name's Coop." the blonde boy said, trying to get this project over with. "So, whaddya wanna draw?" he asked, handing the other boy a blue crayon. He wasn't one for drawing. "I'm Jamie." the other boy said quietly, obviously very shy. "And...I dunno."

Both boys' attention was diverted by the teacher, who began yelling at a student for desperately needing a bathroom trip. Desperately. They stared at the teacher then looked at each other, smirks forming on their faces.

"No no, her arms are fatter than that!" Coop grabbed a red crayon to demonstrate. "How about bat wings?" Jamie asked. "Yeah! And a devil pitchfork." The boys tried to keep their voices low, but their giggling was making the teacher suspicious. "Ooh, flames, nice." Jamie commented. "Thanks." Coop smiled with pride. They were both very hard at work on their very detailed picture. "I'm gonna add some kids' heads in her hand. Wanna be friends?" Coop asked. "Don't forget lots of blood! Sure, that's cool."

The next day the boys were very pleased with getting their masterpiece back, complete with a red un-happy face next to their grade. "Cool! An F! Wanna come over after school? My parent's just bought me a Nintendo for my birthday." Coop asked. "Yeah, sure!" Jamie said, also very proud of his well-earned grade.

"What is this?" Kiva picked up the yellowing piece of paper she found behind the fridge. Coop's Mom was spring cleaning and Kiva wanted to help, not to mention watching the boys play Halo got boring weeks ago. The picture was sloppy and crude, like something a child would draw. Jamie stepped into the kitchen to grab a few Dr. Peppers. "What is this?" Kiva asked, shoving the picture in his face. "You got me." He shrugged, walking back down to the basement.

End.
