Harry Potter was shocked. Not only did he just find out that he was the only one of his friends that was not dating some one, he had also found out that his best friends were dating some of the last people Harry ever thought they would even be attracted to.

"You alright Mate?" That was Harry's friend Ron Weasley. "We didn't scare you or any thing did we?"

Harry looked up at his red headed, freckle faced friend who was looking at him concernedly over his girl friend's head ( this was not difficult as he was very tall and Luna Lovegood was a good foot shorter than him).

Harry's gaze drifted from one friend's face to the other. Hermione Granger was sitting on her boy friend's lap but still looked very concerned about Harry. This had been the biggest shock of all. Harry, Hermione, and Ron had always hated Malfoy and he had hated them back. Or at least Harry thought he had. But now Draco Malfoy's face showed just as much concern as Hermione's. To think that he had been on their side all along.

"I'm alright," Harry finally managed to say. "I'm just in shock. Why spring this on me all at once? Why not tell me sooner? Or later even?" Harry searched their faces for answers but they were hesitant to give any. Finally Hermione spoke.

"A while back we decided to tell you before your Auror test. That way you could test your self, se if you could operate under shock. Besides," she continued hurriedly because of the disbelieving look Harry was giving her, "you seemed ready and we agreed to tell you when you were ready. Don't be mad Harry. We only wanted what was best for you."

Harry did not know what to say. "This is a dream," he said to himself. "It's all a dream. I'll wake up and find that it was all a dream. These tests have been stressing me out and giving me strange dreams." He finished this without really having convinced himself.

"It's not a dream Harry," said the vague voice if Luna. " This is real and so is the test you and Ron are going to take in about an hour. I suggest you two get ready, get in a mind set."

This has to be a dream, thought Harry. Luna Lovegood said some thing rational. He got mad at himself for even thinking something like that.

"You're right," he said. "I really need to do some last minute studying and so does Ron."

"You're probably right," said Ron. "I need to go now Luna," he said as he turned her around to face him. "I'll see you after the test."

"Good luck," said Luna. Then the kissing started. It had to have gone on for three minutes at least. Finally Harry, who was trying to look anywhere but at them, cleared his throat loudly. They broke apart, Ron blushing furiously.

"Good luck to you too Harry," said Luna after she had caught her breath. Harry was not surprised. He would have been surprised if Luna had been able to breath at all , as far as Ron's tongue had been down her throat.

"Good luck you two," said Hermione. "Don't let me down."

Ath this Draco rolled his eyes. "Yah, no pressure," he said sarcastically. Then seriously, "Harry, I'm sorry about the way I always treated you, but I am a spy and I have to 'stay in character' the whole time. So we both know that I have to act the same way towards you in public. But just between the two of us. Friends?" At this he put out his hand. Harry was hesitant but he took it. "Friends," he said.

"Come on Ron," he said. "You can snog your girlfriend later. Right now we need to cram." Harry left the room followed by a bright red Ron.

Nothing was the way he thought it was.
