"Jesus Christ," said Richie, as he dropped onto Virgil's bed, still in full Gear….gear. "Since when does Talon put up that much of a fight?" His eyes closed behind his mask and he seemed to have fallen asleep.

Virgil changed out of his costume and threw it in the back of the closet, too tired to hang it up. He changed into his night wear and collapsed next to Richie, his bed springs squeaking in protest. He poked Richie's green clad side. "Hey, bro, you still awake?" Richie grunted in affirmation. "You better change. If Pops or Sharon come in we're finished." Richie groaned as he got up, the mattress surface went up, causing Virgil to roll a bit.

He wanted to sleep, but the opportunity to see Richie shirtless for a few shining moments was too good to pass up. As Richie pulled his costume off Virgil discreetly snuck a peek. Very nice he thought. Richie was no longer the pasty white wimp he used to be. While still so white he practically glowed in the dark, hormones and his superhero duties had toned his body nicely. While Richie finished dressing and stuffing his gear into his bad, Virgil arranged himself more comfortably on the bed.

"Scoot over," said Richie's tired voice.

"Wha?" Virgil opened one eye, only half of his brain actually awake.

"I'm not sleeping on the floor. Scoot over or I'm gonna lay on you." But Virgil had already drifted back to sleep, so he didn't know if he now had the delicious blonde laying on him or not.

Richie was always true to his word, and settled comfortably on top of the electric teen. He rested his head on Virgil's chest, and arms came up to encircle him and pull him closer. Richie was startled and looked up at Virgil, but he was sound asleep with a contented smile on his face. Richie settled into the most peaceful sleep he had ever had.

Richie was woken up but three things: the birds chirping obnoxiously loudly, Sharon banging around in the kitchen, and the feeling of eyes on him. Before opening his eyes he took stock of his position. He was still laying on top of Virgil, but now his arms were wrapped around the boy underneath him, and Virgil's arms were still around him, and a hand was lightly stroking his back. He carefully opened his eyes, willing this not to be a dream.

"Good morning, Sleeping Beauty." He looked up and blushed, the hand stroking his back had stilled, but the arms were still around him. They stared at each other for a while before Virgil said, "You going to get off me?" Richie blushed again, then shook his head. "Good, cause I didn't want you to."
