Reincarnated
By Makato Mai
Authors note: Another Kikyou poem…
In this darkness
Is where I dwell
I know my spirit
Is doomed for hell
I left a death
I had no desire to leave
This pain I feel can not be relieved
Bitterness of revenge from past times
And only one name comes to mind
As I wander across this endless land
And the string of fate is in god hands
Surrounded by darkness crowded by fears
Drowning in a flood of my own tears
I cry out, hoping someone will hear
But no one is near, to confront my fears
So in this darkness is where I'll stay
Wanting to be someone who is not me
For she is her and she is free
Though are appearance is the same
The difference is more then just are names
I was here first, she was here later
She's my reincarnation.
