Do you want to come to my game
My friends will be there at 11:30
This thing's in a chat room but people are cool there
Well I did if I went but I never dreamed there
Would be someone there who would catch my attention
I wasn't out searching for love or affection
So I sent my invites and the noobs got in free
Shined the clips for my sniper as we headed into the game

And then in the background some terrible ska band
Someone in the background was doing a keg stand
This place is so lame all these noobs play the same
All these guys have no game I wish I would have stayed
In my bed back at home playing XBOX alone
Where I'd put on some CSI or play prank on the phone
Far from people I hate down from anywhere state
Trying to incinerate noobs, to kill them in the game

And then I saw him standing there
With green armor and long blood stains
He wasn't wearing underwear at least I prayed that
He might be the one, maybe we'd have some fun
Maybe we'd play some games
But that night I learned that some noobs try too hard

I couldn't believe what this dude was saying
The names he was dropping, the games he was playing
he played with this guy who now plays for Black Flys
How he's down with the 'wise well-constructed disguise'
Now I'd rather go gameless than stay here and hate this
His volume of excuses his fake rank was obvious
So I said I'd invite him but never would bother
Until I got turned down by another dude at a match

So when you see him standing there
