It was Valentines day and still, Sakura was unhappy. Every year, she would wait. Wait for him: Uchiha Sasuke. She knows it's a hopeless case, but still…over the years, her crush on the boy grew to love.
She herself didn't know why. He was cold, emotionless and uncaring. But somehow, she knew that beyond the icy exterior, he still has a heart.
So she stood there, in Valentines day, thinking of the boy. If he would ever notice her. If he would like her as much as she likes him.
There was this other boy in her team, Naruto. He had a crush on her before, but it never grew. It was a harmless crush. She treats him like dirt, she herself knows. She doesen't know why, but now, she treats him better, like an equal. He is now happily in Hinata's caring arms during Valentines.
But Sakura, she will never know. She will never know if she would be in Sasuke's strong arms. She will never know if she will get his love. So she stood there, thinking, but now, not of Sasuke, but of life without Sasuke.
