The Wizard

(Aka The Orb part 2)

And so good friends, our paths cross again

Once more Dumbledore stands over the cauldron

Holding an orb as it emits fiery sparks of and stars

Of red, gold, and blue

Again he sees nothing but his reflection

But the water begins to bubble and boil

And after the water stops bubbling

He sees some of the horrors past

Voldemort's rise and fall

The deaths of many innocent muggles and wizards

And the death of James and Lily Potter

But maybe one of the strangest things was the fact of Voldemort's strange fascination with Harry Potter

"The boy who lived"

Then the water begins to bubble and boil again

And when the water clears again

Dumbledore sees a revelation that stuns him into silence

The defeat of Voldemort by Harry Potter

And now the revelation fades as well as the fiery sparks and stars

Until the water and orb are silent and blank

Dear friends this is where I leave you

To go back to the muggle world

So this is good-bye until our paths cross again

And if you ever want to revisit this poem again remember:

"Double, double

Toil and trouble

Fire burn and cauldron bubble.

Something wicked this way comes."
