Chapter 6: Memories
I can't remember
Anything about me
Or about much about my past
My memories are slowly fading
One by one
Everything I hold dear to my heart
Is slipping out my hands
Leaving me with nothing
Why have my memories disappeared?
I want to remember
To smile again
No to be left in the shadows
I want to have memories
To dry the tears from my eyes
And gaze upon the light
That was once in my heart
To at least
Have something
To keep me happy
Even through dark times
