Greetings one and all! It's been a while since I've done one of these, and it's inspired by my older brother's foray into Resident Evil 4...
You'll get why I think this was funny shortly.
Rampant OOCness ahead (Grin)
As we all know, Pueblo Village is an unncessarily grim place. While sure, there's all the chaos and parasitisim and death all over the place, it doesn't really explain why it's more or less impossible to see the sun there. (Except for some rather odd cosmic affair, This Author does not know)
So as a result, we wouldn't really expect this rather odd circumstance to occur...
"Leon?" Ashley asked during a minor downtime of villager attacks, where the two had been taking a quick breather.
For some unknown reason, she had gotten ahold of his Attache case, and was rummaging through. While there was the usual affair of artillery, medical supplies, and ammunition, there was one item that was the subject of Ashley's curiosity.
"Why is there a giant fish in your suitcase?"
Leon gave a quizzical look.
"Why not?"
Ashley blinked a few times more, looked at the fish again, then back up at Leon.
"Right..."
