Disclaimer: I do not own Hellsing or Dusk Till Dawn.
This story was written in response to Verdandi24's challenge to use a quote from the movie From Dusk Till Dawn, written by Quentin Tarrentino.
Seth: Are you so much a fucking loser, you can't tell when you've won?
Seth: What did you call me?
Jacob: Nothing. I didn't make a statement. I asked a question. Would you like me to ask it again? Very well. Are you such a loser you can't tell when you've won?
The injuries Alexander Anderson sustained from his fight with Dracula were critical, but still the priest struggled to get up. His body had taken so much damage in the fight that his regeneration powers had slowed down to almost a complete halt. Even so, he continued the battle. Alexander had to fight the beast for her.
Dracula grinned – it had been awhile since he had fought such a worthy opponent. Any ordinary vampire, man, or demon would be dead now but Alexander Anderson continued their brawl. And for what? His Master? She would never choose him.
Integral had had enough. She couldn't allow Anderson's injuries to continue any longer. Anderson would be dead soon if she did. He had sacrificed too much already because of the war – her war. She never dreamt one man could change so much – even during a time of war. Part of what drew her to him is that Alexander reminded her just how important it was to hold on to her humanity. Even during war some things were more important then others. Although she didn't quite understand it herself – Integral wanted Anderson by her side just as much as the Count. Dracula had almost reached him. She had to stop this fight now.
The men had dropped their swords and were hitting each other with their fists. So childlike – didn't they both realize the obvious? Alexander could barely stand and hadn't the Count consumed enough blood? Integral walked between them and the fighting ceased.
"Count, Alexander, stop this nonsense – now!" She screamed. Their stupidity amazed her. Integral glared at both of the men who had so willingly obeyed her, wanted her, and fought for her. "Are you both such fucking losers, you can't tell when you've won?"
The priest and the vampire stared at her speechless for a moment. Neither had heard such crude language from the lady Hellsing.
"Excuse my language, gentlemen, but I have had just about all I can take." Integral said to break the silence.
"What did you call me?" Both men spoke in unison. If they hadn't been surrounded by an army of impaled bodies, it would have been funny.
"Nothing. I didn't make a statement. I asked both a question. Would you like me to ask it again? Very well. Are both of you such losers you can't tell you've won? You, Count, have destroyed every last Millenium vampire and defeated the entire Iscariot army. You have gained your freedom from the seals and enough blood to quench your thirst for 100 years." Integral turned to Alexander Anderson who had started to walk away. "And Alexander, I owe a huge debt to you for my survival. I will make sure you keep your freedom and your life. You can work for me now, Alexander but the choice is yours. There is no reason to fight - both of you have won."
Although, the two looked quite confused, it was Alexander who asked the question. "What have we won, Sir Hellsing?"
Integral smirked as only she could in the midst of all the death and destruction. "Why me, of course." The British Knight grabbed both of her warriors by the arm and the trio returned to their home, the Hellsing Mansion - together.
Both of the men continued to glare at each other intensely. Integral chuckled at them. "Come now, we've all won, Count, Alexander, let's enjoy it."
