Inuyasha slashed at the demon ending the nearly nonexistent fight but as Kagome was heading towards it to take the jewel shard a figure appeared as if out of no where he was crouching next to the demon but seemed ready to jump up at any second they couldn't see his face because of his long hair except his eyes one was reddish orange and the other black as night his hair corresponding to his eyes was split exactly down the middle one side bright fiery red and the other black he looked at them then before anyone could move snatched up the shard and was gone instantly. Then a voice came "Inuyasha" it whispered "you will pay, I won't let you get away with her death"
