Broken

A/N: This is my first fiction ever. I love Fruits Basket, especially YukixTohru parings.
Chapter 1 - Tomoe
Tohru had just given birth to her first child. Her and Yuki had been married for a year, and had been excited about their new baby. Tohru had decided to name the child Tomoe, and Yuki agreed full-heartily.
"Tohru-kun, isn't she beautiful?" Yuki smiled Tomoe but there was something in his eyes that suggested he was scared. "Tohru, what if she has the curse?" Yuki looked at her. There was sorrow in both their eyes, because neither one of them wanted to see Tomoe under the Juunishi curse.
"Yuki, why don't you hold her?" Tohru smiled at Yuki. She prayed that the curse had been broken. Gurie-san had said that the time was near when the Sohma family would be lifted from the curse. The question was, when would that time be?
Yuki picked up Tomoe. She had ocean blue eyes like her mother, and gray hair like her father. Tomoe had been born two months early, like all those Sohma's under the curse. But there was still hope that with this birth and marriage that the curse would finally be broken.
There was silence in Tohurs room. No "poof" sound had been made. Was the curse finally broken?
