Joe never would've imagined it, but Francoise is a messy ice cream eater. She's already taken out half her cone in healthy-sized bites, and is showing no signs of getting full, not noticing or caring that the graceful ballerina has turned into a hungry teenage girl.
Not that there's anything wrong with that...
"Something wrong?" Francoise mumbles around a mouthful of Strawberry trickling down her chin.
Joe smiles and moves to wipe it off. They both go still. Before he can think, he leans down and kisses her, ice cream and all. He's not sure why he does it.
I guess ice cream does that to a guy.
