"More wine sir?" No, I'll be fine". The door closed and a contemplative silence filled the room. Maximillion Pegasus reclined in his black leather chair his feet crossed on his desk. "My most favorite creation." He chuckled twirling his precious Duel Masters card. "Toon World! Hnhnhnhnhn! Along with Blue Eyes Toon Dragon are most superior!" his villainous grin fell "If only Kaiba-boy…that dirty cheater didn't go skipping about with his pathetic little Ultimate Blue Eyes…" he sighed aggravatedly and tossed his platinum hair over his shoulder. His eyebrows knitted and his pale fist connected loudly with the oaken desk.

"If only I still had the Millennium Eye!" he growled. His golden brown eyes closed the anger leaving him as quickly as it had consumed him. "No that is what corrupted me in the first place, I mustn't rely on it. It's gone anyways, Darn you Bouki-chan!" he stood and turned to his window. Crossing his arms behind his back he sighed, "I wonder if I could ever regain it…"

Ryou ran down the street clutching a round object in his fist. "Bakura I hate you!" he screamed "I'm getting rid of this once and for all!" His feet shifted and slid in the sand. He stopped as he reached the ocean's edge. Ryou held the Millennium Eye over his shoulder and chucked it out towards the crystal clear water, when a European swallow snatched it from the air. "Wha?" he said watching quizzically the swallow flew out into the horizon "Well it'll drop it eventually, at least it won't fall into the wrong hands!" he smiled.

There was a knock "Sir would you like some lunch?" Max exhaled loudly "Why do you always---" He was interrupted be the sound of shattering glass. "I don't like being interrupted!" he shouted distraught as he stared at the little bird fluttering away. "What in the wor---" is eye noticed the glimmering object on the floor. "I interrupted myself!" he chuckled kneeling down to pick up the golden sphere. "Wait…" he paused turning it around to reveal the Egyptian eye. "Oh my lucky stars" he mused. The Millennium Eye began to glow " No not…not this again!" The light expanded filing the room with an eerie golden glow.

Max fell backwards "Sir!" yelled the servant smashing the door into the wall, "Are you alright?" "Uhn" he responded sitting up clutching his silvery hair. "Ye-Yes just a slight headache" his eye opened slowly. "What's wrong?" he inquired as his servant stood there stiff and agog. Max cocked an eyebrow then realized what had happened. His finger flew to what had been his empty socket to find it filled with a smooth cold object, the corner of his mouth rose.

"I feel better than I have in awhile. Ha! Fetch me something to drink!" "Yes sir" replied his servant mechanically taking a few moments to realize that he had to actually go get something. He left closing the door behind him. The room filled with maniac laughter.
