Disclaimer: I don't own Harry Potter

A/N: Okay, Ginny/Draco and Harry/Pansy are my second favorite ships after Pansy/Draco and Harry/Luna with Ginny/Neville. The only reason I'm not completely for these two ships is I doubt they will happen. But I do think they're wonderful, so please if you have a Pansy/Harry ship story, leave it in a review! Review please-Cole

A scarlett haired beauty laid rying on the balcony of the highest tower of the castle. She knew that this was bound to happen, that they couldn't continue with this, but it hurt so very much. She knew that her family and his people would be completely against it, so why did they even try?

Because I love him, the girl thought as she stared out into the stars. She knew that she would have to break it off tonight. It was the last day of school before the Summer Holidays. She really couldn't think of a better time to do it.

She knew that he wouldn't be mad at her. She knew that he would accept it because, really, what else was there for him to do? He had never been very gallant, he wasn't about to do anything to jepordize his or her life, so why would she even allow herself to fanthom such a thought?

The door opened and he walked to stand beside her. He wrapped his arms around her shoulders and she leaned back into him. How could anything so forbidden feel so good? She turned to face him, blue eyes meeting grey, and smiled a sad, sad smile.

"We can't continue this, Dray," she said as a silver tear lined her face.

"Why ever not Gin?" he replied. It wasn't that he didn't know the answer, it was that he didn't want her to really mean it this time.

"Dray, you know that this will just lead to heartache, pain, maybe even bloodshed. We can't risk this," Ginny replied. Her eyes held so much sadness, Draco couldn't bare it.

"Okay, Gin, we'll end it," Draco stated, but I'll never love another."

"Nor I," Ginny replied.

In the tower next to them sat a young girl with dirty-blonde hair and big black eyes. She was pacing the room with tears in her eyes knowing damn well that this would be the last night she would have the chance to hold her soul mate in her arms, to kiss him and touch him and just be with him. Tonight she was going to end it, because really, what else was there to do?

If Voldemort ever knew of their love for each other, both would be dead. If her parents knew she would be tortured to insanity. If anyone knew, they would be exiled from their world. Their friends would turn their back on them, that's exactly how it would happen.

And he opened the door and she ran to his arms. He hugged her tightly and told her not to cry, that he was here and everything was okay now. But she simply shook her head and smiled sadly.

"I have to break this off," she stated through incessant tears.

"I know," Harry replied, "I know. I just-"

"I love you," she whispered. He turned to her and tilted her head up.

"I love you too Pansy, never forget that. One day I'll return for you, one day we'll be together, even if I have to wait an eternity," Harry said.

"I'd wait a thousand life times for you," Pansy agreed. Then they shared on lingering kiss before turning away and going to their respected common rooms.

And really, they were just like Romeo and Julliet. Destined to fall in love yet fated to be torn apart by family, responsibility, and war. Ginny died in the war, Harry married Luna Lovegood and Pansy wedded Draco. They never really got what they wanted, and Pansy had to leave because the pain was so unbearable. Harry had promised to return to her, and he had, but not in that life. It was just too forbidden.
