"The 3.30am flight from Miami will be arriving shortly. We're sorry for the delay." Cath sighed as the loudspeaker beeped off. She looked at her watch: 4.30am. The flight had been delayed an hour.

She'd been waiting for this moment for five months. She hadn't seen him since he had driven her to the airport the day after their joint-case. Her heart soared at the memory.

"Cath, can't you stay for another night?"

"I'm sorry, I have to go back. It'll be too hard otherwise," Cath had cried. He stepped towards her and thread his arms around her waist.

"Why?"

"Because we live so far from each other…the distance, I won't be able to handle not seeing you all the time. I couldn't stand it if this was for just one night." She sniffed and laughed as he kissed her nose.

"Well, let's just hope it doesn't last a night." He kissed her soundly. She moaned, causing him to deepen the kiss. Soft lips played over soft lips. Tongues caressed. Cath was in heaven.

Twenty minutes later, Cath listened eagerly as they announced that the Miami flight had landed and the passengers were disembarking. She stood at the back, watching as people met up with families, loved-ones, work colleagues; or just going about their day like they hadn't taken a nearly two hour flight to get here.

She caught a glimpse of black sunglasses and vivid red hair, and smiled. He was here, really here, and he was hers for a whole two weeks.

He smiled as he caught her watching. He barely had time to drop his bags before Cath came bowling towards him and into his arms. He lifted her up so she could wrap her legs around him. "Oh. I've missed you so much," he cooed, kissing her neck as she still had her head buried in his shoulder.

"Me too." Cath pulled out and kissed him as passionately as she had their first kiss. She finally slides out of his arms, just long enough to catch her breathe before she hugs him again. She sighs and feels the tears start to fall. "I'm so glad you're here."

He pulls away and brushes the tears away. "I am too. You have no idea how uncomfortable those seats were." Cath swats at his arm lightly. "Okay…okay, sarcasm aside. I'm glad I'm here too. I've been dreaming about this day for five months."

"Well, let's make the dream a reality," Cath smiled at her fiancée in front of her. "I love you Horatio."

"I love you too Cath."
