You're Not Going Back There
By: Curtis Nelson
You're not going back there.
You're not going back there!
You can't tell me what I will do. Only I can say what I will do, not you. If you think you control me, you've got another thing coming Dee.
I've helped you out, and this is how you repay me. If you don't listen, you'll be sorry! I don't think you understand my power. Hey, are you listening, Mr. Sour?
Go tell it on the mountains…
Hey watch out! You almost got hit by that giant snout! It looks like John Kerry, and smells like a rotten berry.
Thanks for the heads up, but why did you help me? Is it because we're two minds in the same body?
Yes and why do you call me Dee? You must be mental, because you created me.
You won't sway me; I know what you're up to. You're trying to make me not go back to—
You're not going back there!
You can't control me; it's my body.
I can go back if I want to, and you have to come with me.
When I get out of this body, I'll kill you where you stand! You won't go back to that wretched place, and formulate your plan.
You'll never leave this body, and I'll make sure of that. If you do, I'll defend myself with my bat.
Do you plan on killing me with your bat? You can't even squash a rat. I am going to tell you one more time:
YOU'RE NOT GOING BACK THERE!
If you're confused, this story is about a boy. A boy with an alter ego named Dee.
Dee is the darkness growing in this boy. The darkness will blow up inside him like you're blowing up a George Bush toy.
There is a land that Dee doesn't want the boy to return to, but this is a place that the boy wants to return to.
The place is called Hyrule,
The place is called Hyrule,
The place is called Hyrule.
