Yami arrived on an unknown planet on October 13, 2505. His partners are Joey Wheeler and Tristan Taylor.
They almost crashed because Joey didn't know how to work the spaceship, so Yami had to step in.
Anyway, when they arrived, he immediately said, "I claim this planet in the name of - ."
"Pizza," said Joey and Tristan. "NO!" Yami yelled. He looked around and saw that the planet was gray and shiny.
It reminded him of a game that he had heard about five hundred years ago. "It shall be called Hyrule!" he finally said.
They both thought for a moment and said, "It has a nice ring to it."
After they agreed with the name, they all went to explore the newly found planet.
After a few hours of exploring, they came across a big crater and discovered a small, empty village.
Yami, Joey, and Tristan walked cautiously towards the village, when a young child ran towards them.
He looked very different from kids back on Earth.
He had great big eyes and had a small bird beak for a mouth.
When he came up to them, he started speaking in a very unusual language, one Yami's never heard of before.
As Yami kept on trying to understand him, the boy pointed towards the empty village and ran towards it.
Yami, Joey and Tristan followed him towards the entrance when a grown man, who looked similar to the boy, stopped him and told him to leave in there own language.
The boy left and the man turned to the group and said, "Welcome to our village."
Yami was astonished that he spoke the English language so fluently.
As always back on Earth, Tristan and Joey ran off to search for food.
Yami tried to stop them but the man said that it was fine. Yami told him, "Thank you for welcoming us to such a nice village. What do you call yourselves and what language do you speak?" He was very eager to know this information.
"First of all," he said, "I go by the name of Rito. We call ourselves the Hyrulians and speak the ancient language of Hyrulian."
Yami was surprised that they called themselves the Hyrulians.
It's as if they named planet Hyrule before he arrived here. He put that thought aside and continued to let him speak.
"The reason that you find the village empty is because we've been being attacked by a bunch of monsters," he explained, "the villagers thought that you are one of those monsters, so they hid for their own safety."
He started to walk towards his village and Yami followed close behind. He kept on a look for Joey and Tristan to make sure they weren't doing anything wrong.
Rito suddenly yelled out, "FEAR NOT, HYRULIANS, THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT YOUR ENEMY!"
As Yami and Rito kept walking, Yami asked him more about the attacks that have been going on lately.
Rito explained that he had overheard two enemies discuss about an attack that was going to happen sometime today.
When they entered the village, all the villagers looked the same with big eyes and small to medium sized bird beaks.
Some looked different because they had odd shaped heads but somehow looked good on them. Yami laughed to himself at the thought.
Tristan and Joey were already eating and chatting with some villagers, when there was a big explosion.
