Caitrin Potter is the youngest child of Harry Potter and Hermione Granger. She has just recently turned eleven, and is about to start her first year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. The Weasley's are very close to the Potter's and their children consider themselves 'cousins'. This is just Caitrin's story. And Voldemort is NOT coming back. He's dead. Neither will any long lost relatives. Rated T just in case

Disclaimer: Don't own Harry Potter…. blah, blah, blah… you get it
Caitrin Potter was an ordinary enough girl. She had one brother, Liam, who was two years her senior. Her mother and father were still married and together they lived in a relatively large house just outside of Suffolk, England. Caitrin, known as Cat to her close friends and family, had two pets; a beagle (Bailey), and a small calico kitten she had just received for her eleventh birthday. She had pondered for days, this average girl, for the perfect name for her feline friend. After a week, she had decided her cat's name would be a joke: Marie Gabriella Antoinette Laramie Potter. Or Gabi for short.
Caitrin's brother Liam was like most older brothers; protective and annoying. His best friend Brad was the idol of Cat's dreams, and of her friends' as well. Her mother and father both worked for the ministry, under the current Minister- Albus Dumbledore.
Cat's family was like any others. They went on outings together, and played games such as quidditch. This was where, on big family outings, the adults and younger family members would play on opposite teams, swerving and dodging flying bludgers on broomsticks. The adults also had wands in which they would conduct spells, and sometimes even jinx a trouble making child or two. Food was constantly being prepared magically, while her mother taught them magic. Neither of them could actually practice yet, since magic was not allowed outside of school, and Cat didn't even have her own wand yet. Her two cousins, Michael and Alex, who were also her best friends, would be joining her. Oh, and her father, Harry, defeated the greatest dark wizard of all time when he was seventeen.
Maybe Cat isn't your ordinary girl, after all.
