When I Didn't get the Perfect Ending

Yuna searched frantically to see were the whistling had come from but everytime she had pinpointed the area from which it came, it came again from a different direction. She then stood there, while a transparent Titus surrounded his arms around her. "I Love you" she said, and that was it. She left the farplane thinking that because he now knew, she could live on now without the burden of 'Him' on her mind all the time.

That had been 4 months ago, but she was wrong when she thought that she could go on without 'him' on her mind. Everytime she saw the Aurochs practice blitzball she was always reminded of him. Everytime she went to Luca and went to the area where Mi'hen Highroad met Luca she was reminded of that time he taught her to whistle.

She sat in her hut in Besaid recalling the time in the farplane when she finally felt safe again in his arms even if it was only for a few seconds. The warmth that she felt was so real, so unreal. It was the happiest she has been in more than two years, and it made her saddened to think that her life was so incomplete, but then again when he arrived he added to her already complete life, then became a very big part. When he left he took that huge chunk with him that he had made from just being there. She smiled sadly, 'When he had been here' she replayed in her mind over and over again. Nothing was the same without 'him'. He had changed everything so much for it to just go back to the way it was before. Yuna had finally come to a very traumatizing conclusion. If he wasn't there then she wouldn't be complete. Every waking day without him she could feel her soul breaking little by little. "Why go on with this pain" she asked herself out loud.. 'I want to be with him so badly' she thought. That's when she tried to think of a way to be with him. The only way for her to see him again is go to the farplane., but she didn't just want to see him, she wanted to be with him. 'Theres only one way to do that' she thought. Realization finally dawned on her. If she killed herself then she would go to the farplane, and she would stay there forever…with him.

Yuna searched frantically for anything sharp. She finally cam across the dagger that she had strapped to her gunner dressphere. She looked at it with awe. Something so common, so tiny, could ease her pain that hadn't gone away. Slowly she picked it up, and glanced at its smooth, reflective surface. She caught a glimpse of herself in the reflection and silently gasped. When had her eyes become so cold and….dead. That's when she truly knew that this was the right decision. Yuna ploddingly rose the blade above her head, then with one quick stroke, drove the blade into her abdomen. She stumbled to her bed as her vision began to blur. She stared at the ceiling letting the blood drip and glaze her bed. She lazily closed her eyes and mumbled " I'll be with you soon…….Titus".
