"Come on, hurry, HURRY!" Yohken told himself. 'I'll be late, AGAIN, if I don't hurry!' He ran toward the temple.
Yohken was a normal 14 year old boy. He had long, black hair and brown eyes. He had long, black hair. He always wore a band on his head. Yohken lived with his father in a big, Japanese-style house. When he was 4 years old, he started training to become a Shaman. When he knew the essential, he was sent to train in a temple. There, he had a great friend. But…
He opened the sliding door. 'I made it!' He was panting. The room was small. It had a wooden floor and there was only one window. A man with black hair and a peak and a black moustache was meditating in front of his students. They were meditating too.
"5 minutes late." His master told him without opening his eyes.
sweat drop 'Not again!' He bowed. "I'm sorry, Mr. Tao."
"Out of the classroom. I'll talk to you in a moment." Ren said.
"Yes, sir." 'Now I'm in REAL trouble.' He went out of the room.
Some minutes later…-
The students came out. Someone put a hand on Yohken's shoulder. It was a boy with pointy, blue hair. He used a brown kimono, like the rest of the students.
"Good luck." He told Yohken.
"Thanks, Kaisu."
Kaisu gave him a thumbs-up and followed the rest of their companions.
"You may enter now." Ren told him.
Yohken got in. Ren was kneeling, giving his back on Yohken.
"Close the door and sit down."
Yohken slid the door and kneeled in front of Ren.
Ren sighed. "Yohken, it's the fifth time you're late."
He looked down. "… I know, sir."
"You must know that that punctuality is very important."
"Yes," he said.
"One last thing. I don't want to, but I've got no more options." He closed his eyes. "If you're late one more time, I'll have to expel you."
'What?' His eyes opened wide, still looking down.
"Master Ren, you've got visits." Ren's Guardian Ghost, Bason, announce. He looked at Yohken. "I'm sorry. I didn't know you were busy."
"We've already finished. Let him enter." He turned to Yohken. "I'm sorry, but that's how it is. You may go."
"Y…yes, sir." He bowed and stood up. He went out.
"Master Yohken…" His Guardian Ghost, a swordsman with red clothes and a symbol on his forehead, appeared. "Are you all right?"
"Yes, I'm ok, Hi-KenShi." Yohken said. 'But I'm in great trouble. I can't get expelled.' "Let's go."
"Yes, Master Yohken."
Some minutes after they left…-
Ren was meditating.
"Hi." Someone on the door said.
"Long time not seeing." Suddenly his face stiffened. Blood emerged from his stomach. 'Why…you…'
