Hello, Sakuma here. This is just a oneshot I wrote last night. Enjoy.

Kyo could quite figure out how they were up there, but Yuki and Kyo were uptop a cliff, fighting once more.

"I'll kill you," Kyo growled.

"I'd like to see you try," Yuki sniffed.

Kyo threw a punch at Yuki, who ducked, causing Kyo to trip and fall.

"Don't waste me time," Yuki said coldly.

"This isn't over yet," Kyo snapped, while getting up.

The fight continued, and Kyo sent Yuki flying. Yuki landed precariously near the cliff edge. He stood up, and lost his footing, falling over the cliff edge.

Kyo quickly dived towards Yuki and grabbed his hand before he completely fell. The rain fell harder and harder, and Kyo struggled to not drop Yuki.

All that was keeping Yuki from falling 50 feet to his death, was Kyo's hand. Kyo couldn't hand on anymore. His hand slipped and Yuki fell to his death. Kyo stood up and safely climbed down the cliff. Yuki was defiantly dead. His blood stained the ground, running everywhere.

Kyo walked closer to Yuki's body. Yuki's eyes were closed, and he had a small smile on his face. At least he was happy in death.

Yuki's funeral was held a week later. This was the only time Kyo had ever seen Ayame cry. Ayame was sobbed his eyes out, while Hatori and Shigure tried to quiet him, since he was so loud.

Haru was pissed. Not only pissed, but Black. He marched up to Ayame and slapped him in the face.

"This is all your fault you stupid snake," Black Haru yelled.

Ayame only sobbed louder while Rin and Kureno dragged Black Haru away.

Tohru was crying quietly, while being calmed down by Uo and Hana. Kyo walked away, not wanting to deal with the mess he created.

Six Years Later:

Kyo wandered through the graveyard until he found Yuki's grave. He sat down next to it, his heart filled with grief.

Kyo was happily married to Tohru, and had finished school. But even though he had obtained happiness for himself, he never forgot Yuki.

Yuki wanted to finish school, attend college, get married get a job and maybe even start a family. It was thanks to Kyo that he was rotting away underground. Kyo felt that it was all his fault.

"I'm sorry, OK?" Kyo said to the grave.

Kyo stood up and walked away, tears welling up in his eyes. He had never forgotten Yuki.

Kyo turned and looked at Yuki's grave once more. He could have sworn he could see Yuki smiling and waving at him, as to say 'Thanks for remembering me'.

Kyo smiled and waved back. Yuki laughed and floated away with other spirits of the graveyard.

Kyo smiled. This was best for Yuki. In death, he wasn't the 'scheming rat'. He was just Yuki, a teen who met an early death.

Kyo looked over towards Yuki's grave and saw that someone had placed peaches and crab there. Kyo looked to his left and saw Ayame.

"It's been six years," Ayame said quietly.

"Yeah," Kyo replied.

Kyo walked back to his car and stared at Ayame.

"Are you coming home," he asked.

Ayame smiled. "I am home," he said.

Ayame floated toward his younger brother, laughing loudly.

Kyo smacked his forehead. He forgot that Ayame had died in a car accident 5 years prior. But so many Sohmas had claimed to see Ayame, that Kyo had forgotten that Ayame was dead.

Kyo smiled as the two brothers floated away, arguing like they did when they were alive.

That was the only was to escape the curse. Death.

I was crying so much when I originally wrote this. Please review!
