His heart beat
His
sweat dripped
His muscles tensed.
Finally, he collapsed, not able to continue on
Playing Twister in the Gryffindor common room was not just a game…it was an adventure.
"Right hand….Orange!" Seamus announced excitedly. The 5
people entwined with each other looked around…several times before
realizing that the twister people only made FOUR colors, red green
yellow and blue.
"That's Blue Seamus!" Random Gryffindor
yelled.
"The orange was actually taken out of twister…."
Hermione began.
"I knew it was a bad idea to make the color
blind dude be the spinner" Ron muttered struggling to keep his odd
position halfway under Neville and sandwiched between Harry and the
new first year Kandy.
Harry released the tension off his muscles and hung on his hands. His hair dangled from his head, it was almost long enough for him to almost taste it. Don't ask, it was one of the things he envied about long hair.
"GREEN" Seamus finally decided, after placing labels on each of the colors, "left leg GreeN!"
In one split second, everyone's weight shifted as they tried to make it through the game. Harry raised his leg slightly, but everyone had finished getting into a position and had piled on top of Harry.
Harry smiled, not that charm filled smile, but the new smile he had acquired. Ron blames it is because he is on better terms with Draco, but he knows that it has been inside of himself for some time.
In one swift movement Harry took advantage of his coveredness, and abruptly shot up, flinging innocent gryffindors into the walls.
And then it happened, he was the only one left standing. The ones that were not playing the game had been smacked down by a flung 3rd year boy, who was a little bit less the weight of Harry's cousin Dudley.
He walked over all the bodies staring at them again, but no one moved.
Harry smiled, and gently laughed as he swung open the portrait, and walked out overconfident.
So overconfident he tripped over a misplaced
first year out into the hall.
"Hello Harry…"
