In Grave Danger (Alternate ending)
This is a follow up to the part straight after they find the nursery and are looking for Nick. If youve seen this episode you should know that Nick has been kidnapped and buried alive. The csi department has been able to view nick with a cam placed inside the coffin. Nick shot the light so the csi could not see him and then lit a glowstick. Due to the shooting the glass in the coffin began to break causing fire ants to enter the coffin, biting at Nicks every move. He has been able to stay stable for a little while. Mean while the Csi think they might know where Nick has been placed. Out of the two nurseries they picked one. Lets see if luck has them this time.
Catherine began to unload the truck, getting out the metal detectors and dogs. "Warrick I know your upset but pull it together. For Nick." Grissom tried to calm down Warrick. Catherine began to detect the area for metal. "Nothing Yet!"She yelled back to the others. She tried to keep near to ant hills since she knew Nick was being eaten alive. She squermed at the thought. Greg had gotten hooked up to the cam in the coffin using his dell labtop. "He doesnt look that good. I think we need more backup."Greg asked Sarah. "No time!" She yelled. Nick squermed inside his prison.He gave up hope. Heremoved the tissue that was jammed up his nostril. "I...Dont...Wanna."Was all he could say.He took out the tissue and laid it on the glass. He fell asleep and let the ants eat until there was nothing at all. The ants one by one crawled up his pale skin biting the cold flesh. The feast was over, He was already dead. But the insects didnt care. It was still food.
It was morning and Catherine and Warrick didnt give up hope yet. They knew he was dead they saw it on the cam. He was half rotted by those ants. Sarah went home to drown in self pitty while Grissom did the same. But Warrick and catherine wanted to give him the funeral he deserved. So they kept on looking. Greg still at his labtop looking at the thin flesh half covering his mainged body. He would vomit now and then. He sure didnt want to look at it but it was his Job. Catherine looked over to the site where the detector was picking up something. She didnt want to begin digging without Warrick by her side. "Warrick!I found it!"She yelled. He rushed over. Warrick began to dig first with his hands not hesitating or anything. He was dentermined. He then picked up his shovel and dived in when he reached the solid case. he used his hands once more. They found it. He peeked in and a tear fell onto the glassed coffin. Catherine turned away and cried for an hour before they called the coroner to come get the case. "Oh Nicky"
When Grissom heard they found him he started with the funeral arrangements. He told the funeral home exactly what they wanted on the gravestone.

Every one agreed that would be just right. As always Nicks dad would pay for the coffin and gravestone. The funeral did go well butthey could never forget how he died. The case was dismissed since they didnt have a clue where to start. None of the witnesses would talk and as they all found ways to kill themselves before they could spill. Nicky must of done something really bad but it will all remain a simple mystery but you never know they always find ways to reopen a caqse.
So i clear this up i do know that in the original episode the coffin was rigged with explosives but i decided to leave that out since the story was sad enough. If you do find this sad then i understand why but i know alot of people were curious to find out what would happen if Nick really did die so theres your answer!Please read and review!
