Ed was lying in his own blood and puss thinking of all the ones this murderer had taken from him. Over the months he had killed so many and yet, he still hadn't taken Ed. Even the wound he had now wasn't the result of the killer. He had run into something metal along the way of trying to get away.
Ed thought back one the day that they found out who it was. Ed had heard about disappearances in the town but nothing had happened to them so he assumed they were safe. Neat less to say it wasn't true. The night it happened he had been the last one to go to sleep and nothing was out of order. But the next morning everything was messed up. The place was trashed. And then the worst had happened, Winry was gone.
They looked on the other side of the room at the armor lying next to the biggest puddle of blood. The armor had been turn and bent back in place. Ed slowly approached the armor with extreme caution. He lifted the metal slab and wised at the site. Winry had been turn into many pieces and stuffed in the metal.
At that time the metal awoke and jumped up in pursuit of the closest one. His arm became a large mallet and slammed down on Roy's head.
Ever sense then Ed had been going from town to town. Never staying for long periods of time because someone always turned up dead or missing.
Now, lying on the floor in a pool of his own blood and puss it finally hit him. He slowly eased his way up from the ground. Them he began to talk to the figure.
"So my so called brother, who was our original trainer?" spoke Ed. The figure in the door stuttered for a minute.
" That is what I thought Envy." shouted Ed.
"How could I have not have thought of this earlier?" Ed questioned himself. "This is so simple, I don't know why I didn't think of this before."
"The night of the murder you took my brother." Ed stated. "What have you done with him?"
The figure started to decrease in size and then began to talk. "Honestly Ed, I would have thought you were smarter than that." Envy cackled.
At that note ed slammed his hands together and caused the ground to rumble for a second.
"Ha ha ha, is that all you can do. For the love of god I don't know why the master told me to keep you alive."
Envy turned at what sounded like the breaking of wood. Envy opened the door behind him and saw what was causing it in the distance. A giant spiked log was headed for the small shack.
"Don't worry, you won't get the pleasure of killing me."
To be continued.
