Taking His Turn

A/N: Drabble and a half about a Josh and Donna kiss!
He
walked in and saw her, back to the door, reading a file. He had
been
traveling with the Congressman for a week and a half, roaming
from
one bad hotel to another, shaking hand after hand after hand,
but
only able to think about doing one thing.
He
should have done it after the Convention, but he had
gotten
distracted,
but nothing was around to distract him now.
He walked directly behind her and tapped her on the shoulder.
She
turned and smiled at him. Before she could say a word, he dipped
her
and gave her the most passionate kiss either one of them had
ever
experienced.
They
finally broke and he supplied her with her favorite full
dimple
smile.
She smiled at him. "Miss me much."
"Tons!"
"Ready to get to work now?"
"If
we must." And with that, they began the Presidential
process
all
over
again.
